well then. try different angles on the tv, maybe try messing with your webcam.. i know some have a focus on the lens..

Much better!!!!!! Now, try having no room light, and get the camera straight on at the TV from a bit further back. That should be good enough. I'll PM you with a link to a decent vid made the same way you're trying to do. Maybe that'll help.

eh ur quality is big ass pixle boxes tho too, um try adjusting the resolution and quality
