I think the real definition of drifting iz going around corners sideways and maintaining the slide by using the e-brake, normal brakes which lock up the front, acceleration which can keep the drift going constant, and proper shifting and steering. Take those tips into consideration and apply it wen drifting in the game and u'll become better.......trust me

And the best ways to practice drifting iz wen u go to a race, put on SIMULATION TIRES and go to TEST RUN, dont forget to change ur tires back to super soft or watever u use to race with or u'll loose the race for sure with those simulation tires still on

yeah, those simulation tires are horrible for racing! Even the AI uses better tires.

haha sim tires..ive tried to do a game with only sim tires, but quickly gave up and switched to atleast normal tires.

I tried racing the Datsun 240Z in the Trail Mountain enduro with sim tires a few weeks ago, to be ‘fair’ to the competition. But after 3 laps I was like: what's the point? I was way back in last place! Even that slowpoke BMW 328ci was dusting me...restarted the game with normal tires! Led most of the race, and I didn't pit stop till lap 27 or something, which actually messed the 240 up..wound up coming in 2nd place.

haha.......and sim tires supposed to imitate the characteristics of real tires? i dont thnk even geo metros handle that bad...
