Overhaul on the new car or the Eclipse??
Either way, it would apply to both cars. ;) :haha: :)
Sounds good, I like all my cars to handle better than stock. Even the Ford

has some mods to the suspension and love blowing away ppl on the on and off ramps. :D

I've got an old Miata, once I get my licence (ill be 16 next month, but i dont even have my permit yet (stupid parents)) , i'm gonna learn to drift.

Takumi, the Miata should work great for that...

And I just got my permit...in MO you have to have 182 days on the permit before getting a license...that puts me at december or january, and I turn 16 in october...sorta a screw up between me and my parents...I was patiently waiting for them to take me, and they would forget or something...I didn't have a real push to get it...

We even drifted our MPV once or twice...we were pulling onto the highway and the road was wet, hit the gas a little too hard and the back swings out...ofcourse my parents just stop the drift as quick as they can, but I'm sure if they kept it going that it would do good lol...

I drift my xtreme. Not like pro racing drifts but for instance, i was going into the parking lot of Smiths, (a local grocery store) and slowed up all nice and easy, floored it around the corner and did a huge ass drift through 2nd gear. Don't know how far i went but it was pretty far.

The Xtreme handles great in drifts. The ass swings but it's easily managed.

any way

I've tried it a couple of times . . . I'm not the best, but I can boast that the car got slide - not much, I admit, and I only got it sideways coming out of the corner - but I can learn!

I was pulling out onto the highway one time off an entrance road - dropped it into 1st, crept up to the turn and just as this car was coming I dropped the clutch and left my mark on that road forever. I cruised through the gears, got to 4th gear I think, and was sideways even when the road had straightened out! The car behind me got a nice face-full of smoke. I don't think they were too impressed, somehow, judging by the way three or four people got out of the car and gave me the bird, shook their fists at me! I left a 100 metre skid on that part of the road, and a little way down the road stopped, got out of the car and checked the rear tyres. They were somewhat balder than they were when i started out from home, and too hot to touch.

A fun day had by all!

I WANT A FUGGIN LISCENCE!!! AND A FRIKIN CAR!!! my dad's Mazda B2000 would do nicely i do believe.

it is a 2.5 liter 4cyl. with a 5 spd manual shift!! and 6,000 RPM Redline. :D and it sound like the Trueno that Takumi drives in Initial D!!! :D
