It's an AWD car, so you may want to adjust your Front Distribution so it handles more like a rear wheel drive car. As for the understeer problem, just adjust your ASM, if you are using them, if not, try this guide: http://db.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/file/gran_turismo_4_tuning.txt
if that car is fully tuned, then uninstall LSD and that thing which adjust torque distribution.
that trick should work for every AWD car in GT4, well all of mine AWD cars became better to drive without those parts (also they can be used for drifting now) 👍
Try:
- setting your front springs, dampers and stabilizers twice as high as your rear
- raising the rear ride height to about 15-20 mm higher than the front
- messing with AYC (Yaw control)
- uninstalling lsd and vcd for true 4WD drifting (VCD won't make it behave as an FR anyway)
- using feint/flick to initiate
