My PS4 is basically a Driveclub machine right now, its the only game I've felt the angling to play quite a lot(aside from story based games and LBP) so I am going to try and max out every accolade because why not! :D Surprised at how fast my XP seems to be going up after hitting Level 50, currently at around 29 million points.
Didn't I say back when you were aiming for lvl 50 that you'd be there before you knew it? :)

I would still be on DC every day if it wasn't for Dying Light - that game is going to cost me several hundred hours...at least. Mind you, I'd hate to think how many I've played on DC.

Tried to reach the top 2000 of the total fame global leaderboards some months ago. Now I'm trying to enter the top 100. :P Currently placed #283... as expected, at this point it takes ages to get higher placed (also because I don't play the game that much anymore).

I'm interested in how much fame/points you have?

I have 36,351,564 fame points at present, so nowhere near what you must have, as I'm 2,029th on the world leaderboard. According to my FL you are in the top position 👍

Right predictions time

We'll get atleast one japanese car (probably a Honda civic Type-R or the NSX)
Aventador and or the LaFerrari
probably another american car (stang or a hellcat?)

oh and the free car will be a one-off drivecluby weird card, please be a SSC or something.

I'm thinking:

- Ferrari LaFerrari
- Lamborghini Aventador
-Nissan GT-R
-Honda NSX

The free car will be the Honda Civic-R since it's a hot hatch and it wouldn't be too exciting in the 'best video they have ever made', just seems to suggest it's all out madness.

I also believe we will get a new location for tracks to shock us all.

Interesting how many people actually think DC is a good game. At the moment, i don't think it is bad or good, but it definitely isn't very good. Or at least in my opinion. And the only reason i even still play it is because of photography. I don't know... Could someone inform me on why this game is good? Enlighten me, right now i am completely unbiased, so don't take it as me attacking the game or anything.

It's about the closest thing to pick up and play racer I've ever played, it's so easy and fast to get into a race for starters, plus the challenges are so well done that even after being done with the offline tours there is always something to do, add that to a lag free-ish online and a decent stream of DLC, the game always feel fresh in terms of content and play-ability.

And more important the core is really solid, physics are easy to leanr, hard to master. Visuals are second to none, sounds are up there and the AI is decent.

As a package it's a stellar racer and refreshing for me since the GTs of this world aren't as easy to pick up and play, heck by the time I get into a GT6 online match, I could have played 3 DC ones with no 'fun' downgrade. /2 cents

I do hope you are right - it's the kind of surprise they might well pull on us :)

As for the question @Chameleon9000 posed - I love the game for the easy playability that they have managed to balance with a good semblance of what it feels like in a car. The sounds could be a bit louder, but it's the activity of everything going on around you as you race that encourages me to put the mileage in - it's all very dynamic visually and I like that. I also enjoy the AI's quirkiness.

The thing I love about Driveclub is the sense of reward you get from the physics. If you play it like a conventional racer you can do well, that's pretty great. Conversely, once you learn how the physics work you can then push the car that little bit further by embelishing the arcade-racing traits it has, such as 'mini-drifting' around corners and tussling with other cars. As far as racing games go, I have always loved Arcade racers as much as I enjoy sims. SEGA Rally is still my favourite video game series, including the criminally under-rated Revo entry in the series. I commented in the GT6 thread about this; but Driveclub being about cars doesnt mean that it needs to be directly comparable to other racing games. It's a very nice experience with a handling engine thats fun to use and fair. The best racers will win 99% of the time in a race, even online with rammers once you develop techniques with how to race with them. Another reason I love it is just how many people play it. My In-real-life friends are addicted as well so our club feels like the way I'm sure Evolution wanted them all to feel but it didn't quite come off. All 6 of us have earned 8 million in the past 5 days doing our own individual things! Even better, 3 of those friends aren't even huge racing game fans and one of the people on my team is my girlfriend(huge Forza fan but now owns a PS4 and loves Driveclub). It does the 'easy to pick up but hard to master' trait very well, it isn't perfect but it's very decent. I know people complain about the more 'racing game' issues that Driveclub has, but as long as it is a good game I am happy with it, It's an arcade racer and I play it as such. The best arcade racer I played/still played only had 3 cars and 4 tracks, still didn't stop it being phenomenal to me.

I'm glad to see some Lamborghinis make it. I can't wait to have a spin in the Huracan and Veneno.

So 4 Lamborghinis and no Diablo or Murcielago?

Not good enough!.........

I joke, I'm happy to see Lambos in the game, but we still need to see which other two cars are to come.

I think there is at least one more Lambo to be shown as there were only 4 in the trailer. As for the free car for March, nobody knows.

I would imagine so. I can't see there being a Lamborghini expansion pack with less cars than the normal packs we've had already.

I'd also think that the free car could also be a Lambo so the people who haven't got a season pass can drive one.

Based on whats been seen I'd say the next two cars (if there are any) will be Murcielagos.

Maybe a Diablo SV could be on the cards as the F50 needs some company.

So the pack will have more than 4 cars? Cause I'm a bit puzzled.

Love all the Lambos in the pack except for the newest one. Don't remember its name, but it's just so ugly. And yeah, we're definately missing a Murcielago.

Car packs tend to contain 5 cars and updates have a free car every month. Also the ugly red Lambo is the Veneno.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

I have loved the Veneno from day one and to actually finally have that car in a game, I can't even handle it right now.
