Driver level mismatch.

Firstly if this is a mistake within the game, understand there are no complaints here what so ever.
Before starting the FGT championships my B-Spec level and my Bob level were identical. After completing the FGT, Bob's level fell into the 24's while my B-Spec level was just short of level 24 by 300 and something points. I have used the one driver throughout all the events with all wins.

Has this happened to anyone else or can anyone tell me why/how this may have happened?

Make you play more?
It believe this is the only point in B-Spec where this becomes an issue so it's not bad really. You run an extra race and then you're set.

I have 4 total drivers right now that are all at level 18, individually, yet my b-spec level is 24. anyone else got this going on? I use all my drivers evenly to spread out the duties, try to get them all some experience.

I'm probably wrong here but I think that the total xp you get per race is spread out between the drivers, while you get the total amount added to your level. Like the guy above me stated his drivers are level 18 but his B spec level is 24, that's because the points are being spread out from driver to driver. Now if he used only driver up to level 24, that driver would be level 24. Like I said I might be wrong on this.

from my experience in b-spec it doesnt work that way. say bob1 just got into lvl 10 and needs 1000EXP to get to lvl 11 and you also need 1000exp to reach b-spec lvl 11. same goes for bob2 and bob3. im just using even number for easy math. you do a race with bob1 get 250exp. now bob1 needs 750 to reach lvl11 and your gamefile needs 750exp to reach lvl11. do the same race with bob2 and earn 250exp. Now bob2 needs 750 to reach lvl11 but you only need 500exp to reach lvl11. thats how you can have all your bobs at lower lv than the b-spec lvl of your game.

Rossi is at 36
alonso & schumacher 35
my other bobs are lower than 32.
i always use Rossi, Alonso and Schumacher for the endurance races and throw in other bob with a green upwards arrow in the races. but rossi is my main driver he does every race.
