Drivers exp grey profile bar...

I am already lvl 40 on my B-Spec but the grey exp bar that appears on my drivers profile seem to be stuck. I'm trying to get the exp trophy for my driver but it just doesnt move @ all! I've done 24hr races multiple times... Well, I'm actually fully done with B-Spec exept for the exp detail... Anyone has gotten that trophy?

Your B-Spec driver needs to be offline (not shared with friends) for about 500 race days.
A race day can be considered to be any time the loading bar appears as you go to an A- or B-Spec event. That is to say that if you go to the track and then quit without racing, one race day has passed and will be included in any eligible driver's total.
Online events do not appear to count toward this total. Hosted remote races do not count.

So you're saying that the quickest way to increase driver exp. is to start a bspec race, quit, let the game auto save, then repeat?

If you're talking about the career bar, then yes.
XP or experience points are a different thing.
