Well guys, it's been fun but I think it's time for me to say goodbye to Drop5. The team doesn't seem to be what it used to be anymore. Hopefully, things will return to normal and I can watch you guys grow again. But, for now I just hope there will be a Drop5 to watch grow. Hope things get better for you Spank. Silvy, I'll see ya around. It's been an honor to know such awesome people and feel like I had a group of brothers with a common interest. Time for this birdy to fly. 👍

i understand killer and we will grow again its just been a little difficult but DROP5 will rise lol 👍

The shell?

The original paint is a darl gray from the looks of it. Sucks that i can get that back but I could sand it and prep it and do a rattle can paint job like my brother did on his B13 sentra SE-R.

The body, for example when you re-shell your car you take the engine, running gear, subframes, suspensions etc. and put them into shell (chassis, bodykit and interior)
Have you checked the sills and arches for rust?

And you might as well do the infamous 'matte black drift car rattle can jobby' if it going to get bumped and scrapped as they don't show as well. Or just spray it black and wack it over to ebay for some coilovers and a set of rota's.

Well guys I made a promise to myself when Zed quit that if another person quit before I was able to get back on to GT5 Then I will have to call a quits to Drop5. We had a strong start and have slowly dropped off the edge in my tough times at hand. I was hoping that even with me being gone and out my team would be able to manage without me. Unfortunately this could not happen. I will still host VDC for everyone here on GTP but as for a Team i just could not manage. Im sorry to all my members and use to be members about everything that had went down in the past few months, its been extremely tough for me. But RL has to come first to video games. You guys have all been amazing and its been great drifting with all of you.

As for me I will still be around on GT5 and will not give up drifting and maybe when i find more time I will be able to join another team.

Once again sorry guys. By tomorrow my time this thread will be shut down.:indiff:

There is some rust but it on the hatch. Havent seen seen anything else. all bushing will be replaced in time. But the paint is easy to do and cheap!

gt5 is just becoming a boring game overall, I'm going to get bf3 and maybe mw3 because I love me quick scoping!

agreed it has been a little boring but its starting to come back little by little i guess and with this new DLC it should be entertaining for another ......month
 
I will be in DF3 But i hope i get better internet by then. Have a job interview Friday :nervous:

Its always hard work running a team which is why I shut up shop on Team-ID because I didn't have the time to meet the demands.
It's so much easier just being part of a team as I have enjoyed myself a lot more since joining Burst with not having to do much and all.
 
Don't dismantle the entire team. You have new recruits coming in everyday. If you close the team then the time we all put into making Drop5 a respectable team would be a waste. Keep the team, suck it up, and turn Drop5 back into the family it's supposed to be.

Sorry cant do it. I cant seem to get all of us organized with me offline let alone with me online. I dont have enough time right now. Lately it seems like we are a lost puppy dog without me.

I remember the old days, drop 5 was like a family. We all liked each other and we tried to have everyone like us. But as times get tough with money problems and me applying to colleges it's hard to have are old-fashioned rooms nowadays.

Be careful on what you call me kill. If silvia wants to continue with Drop5 he will have to make a new thread and he can continue it. But I can no longer run it. Its up to him.

You know steve there is alot better things in life then GT5.

1. I have a son who requires my time and comes before anything.
2. My family struggling to pay for gas in their cars just to make it to work.
3. Internet got shut off due to no money coming in,
4. Lost my job.
5. had to sell PS3 to pay my child support

I could never find time to play and when I did half my team isnt on. I tried to set up battles which just failed cause no body responds. Stig went off to college, then silvia became manager. Then something happened to his internet and he was MIA for over a month. Then my internet got shut off.

I dont know if anyone was in any comps or how they did. Drop5 thread was dead at one point for over a day. Never seen that before since i started it in April. Drop5 dont have to be dropped (:lol:) but this is if a senior member wants to take over. I just do not have time to run it anymore.
