I am thoroughly enjoying this seasonal and will be for several days. The tracks are great, and the R8's I plan on using are a joy to drive.

I got GT5 two days ago, and so far it's been really fun...
But then i got to this event!!!! So far I've gotten gold on all of the races except for Eiger Nordwand Reverse ( I placed 2nd). I'm using a stock Abt Audi TT-R Touring Car '02. And i haven't tuned it or anything since i really don't know how to do that stuff(hopefully I'll learn some day).

equip some racing soft tyres, then if u need to buy a mid turbo from settings or the parts shop, u will pwn the dumb ai :)

I just did that and it knocked off >2 sec. per lap. haha Now it's time to save up the credits on Indy.:sly:👍

This seasonal is o'some. Currently switching between the a4 & tt. But favouring the a4 because of the sound.

Since you just picked this up, let me recommend to you that going in with a far less powerful vehicle makes GT5 an amazing experience.

One of the things I like doing is to fully mod the car out, keep the tires equal to the field and reduce engine power by 50%.

You might find it really satisfying that it takes all five laps to catch leader for the gold.👍

Sweet! Have $16mil waiting for the OCD update, and a different color FGT.
And I just tightened up the tune on my Lexus.
Oh ya, and thank the stars football is back!!!!!!

My Army of Audi's was happy to destroy the competition on this one! Very good seasonal :)

Great doing Madrid reverse. I don't think that version has ever been used as an event yet...though I could be wrong.

Good call on the Eiger as it's a fine, technical course to replace the Nürburgring GP. I didn'r have too much time to race these today but I'll definitely be doing more of them during the next few days.

Just did Sarthe at Lunch. 2nd lap was superfluous at least in my Astra w/ HP turbo. Hopefully a full stock car will be more of a challenge.

Crazy how only one premium car for DTM!

I cannot think of any premium DTM cars right now unless the Lexus IS-F Racing Concept qualifies. Is that what you mean?

I would love some premium past and present DTM cars. Some legendary racing cars in that series.

Eiger was a good call indeed, but 5 laps aren't enough... 8 or more laps would have been better :)

Madrid Reverse is completely different than the normal one. The 2 straights of the track seem larger IMO, since I could go up to almost 180mph with my modified R8 LMS...

Great seasonal, can't wait to get home tomorrow, pull out one of my A4's and crush the competition. Then go to the OCD and get another set of all DTM cars and also to double up on the available JGTC cars.

I can wait to put race soft's and a stage three on my M3 GTR RC then complain about how the races were to easy. I might start a new thread about it.

The R8 is GT3. Probably not able to be driven in DTM. And I was talking about the BMW 320i Touring Car someone mentioned.

The R8 isn't eligible for this either correct? Just checking my bases away from the PS3.

You should still be able to use your R8 LMS in the event. They are in the OCD, right? :dopey:

Despite the fact that yes, they are GT3... :indiff:

Damn that was easy....
Alfa 155 DTM with turbo stage 3.

Eiger is defenitely the hardest out of all of these. I'm so close to getting first in a stock CLK touring car. :ouch:

A NASCAR seasonal on some Eifel circuits (or just any non-oval and not the Ring) would be pretty cool, but this gives me a chance to trot out the CLK again. :)
