Would there be any chance of seeing Dunsfold ( Top Gear Test Track ) return to the GT series ?

Maybe, they could call it Dunsfold Aerodrome and not have any relation to Top Gear whatsoever but its a stretch.

Maybe instead of a track, just give us access to the whole airport and runway, and let the player decide where they want to drive.

There's nothing preventing them from including it in the game now. There are tracks in other games that aren't officially licensed. Cote' D'Azur anyone? Just need to make some small changes and you're good to go.

Nobody, then everybody If it's modeled, why not just put it in the game? Seems a waste of resources to me.

"Nobody" and "everybody" are quite likely to be (sampled from) different people in this case.
