Yes, it was moving a lot. During the start of the speech, George shifted and his head covered it but about three minutes later it came right back next to his head.

It was kinda like it was moving closer, then pulling back.

But in the 10 Minute speech, it gets visibly darker out as the sun was going down, and it was still lit..

It flickers, and it goes in the pattern fire goes in brighter then less bright, so I don't think it's a chopper. I'm watching my tape of it right now.

Is any news channel talking about what it is or could be?

and it could be nothing... just a light inside reflecting on the window, and the window is moving somewhat with vibrations or something.
