Well, I've had a pint so i watched it. As someone who's seen a UFO in real life, I must say that does not move like a modern UFO. It is either an older, slower version UFO (like the one we captured at Roswell) or it is a Chopper.

Incase anyone does watch it (and I can't believe I paid this much attention to it...)

At the 1:24 (ish) mark, it's at it's lowest point vertically. It's gone until approximately 2:40-ish and it's back again at the top of that window pane.

But, my theory is, it's some sort of reflection off that nasty toupee he's wearing. 'cause when he starts swinging his head side to side like Stevie Wonder at the beginning of the video, it's moving in time to his head.

Damn, if it was a UFO, and they land in the US and say "take me to your leader", you guys would DEFINATELY be in trouble.

Mind you, we've got PrimeMinister Chretien - I'm not sure that any one can understand him either.
