Dutch retailer knows?

Hi all! This is my first thread here!
I found something strange right now. Some dutch retailer says that GT5 will be available on 2 November. He also shows the Official (?) Box art.
And I'm no genious in Dutch, but it seems that GT5 will have 150 cars and 30 tracks?

GROTER, BETER, SNELLER....wth, I don't belive this really, but what do You guys and girls think?
