he's gonna OD on some new designer drug, we just need to wait and see what some vegan bear hunter found in the woods of the himalayas , he heard all about it from that one pod cast his buddy joe does.

I just know "Percy Verence" is the name of some other Heydrich-esque colonial murderer, because everything has to be "esoteric" for these tech tossers.

I just thought it was a riff on "perseverance", but given that "his" previous high-level character was called Kekimus Maximus and we all know what happened there, who can say.

The guy always boasting about how great he as at games turns out to have very little functional knowledge of the games he's great at while live-streaming the game he's great at:

... and then subsequently, coincidentally, loses the game after this is all pointed out, rendering the exercise pointless:

And as pointed out, the amount of dedication someone would need to the task would seem improbable anyway, given the running four companies, setting up a massive government department, all the international travel he won't let people talk about on his site, and being a great parent to at least one cute little human shield he's been wearing since Luigi blue-shelled that guy, and all the ketamine.
I'm glad this picked up traction. It was obvious with Diablo 4 & painfully obvious with his Elden Ring build.

This forum knows as best as anyone, the gaming community isn't one to try & BS with these type of claims, b/c there will always be people familiar with a specific game with enough hours in it to make a full-time working joe blush, who will call you out.

The Securities and Exchange Commission sued Elon Musk on Tuesday, alleging the world’s richest person failed to publicly disclose his acquisition of Twitter shares on time, resulting in him acquiring a stake in Twitter at artificially low prices.

Musk, the agency alleged, underpaid for his stake in Twitter by $150 million, “for shares he purchased after his beneficial ownership report was due.”

The tech entrepreneur alleged last month that the SEC had sent him a settlement demand in the matter, which stemmed from a probe into his 2022 acquisition of Twitter that examined his share purchases for potential fraud. In a letter Musk posted to X at that time, his attorney appeared to allege the matter was politically motivated.

This is a developing story and will be updated.

Weird time for a lawsuit that will be dropped on Monday.

However, it forces the grifters to do some very public grifting, and probably fires up Bannon as well. I see no downside.

The Securities and Exchange Commission ordered Musk to pay a civil penalty and other remedies over what the regulator alleged was an act of “unjust enrichment.”

This story is more about the consequences of Elon's Antics™, than the antics themselves. Tesla's US sales continue to elude their goals, with declines across the board in the S3XY models.

Usually, "Not A Tesla App" will spin bad Tesla news rather positively, however in the post below, it's painting a stark picture of flagging sales, firstly blaming a lack of refreshed models, and moving on to call out Musk's antics:-

"While Elon’s involvement in politics isn’t something that is surprising - it does appear it has played a role in sales in the U.S.

Even the Model 3 saw a sharp decline in sales, even after a recent refresh that provides a much better vehicle.

The new Model 3 is a world above the Ford Mach-E, Ioniq5, and others, but somehow, those vehicles saw year-over-year sale improvements of 25%+ while the Model 3 was down 17%."

The silver lining in this news is for potential Tesla buyers. I can personally report that our 2024 Model Y is the best car I've ever owned in my long life, and these poor sales numbers are likely to lead to even more price cuts, with incentives including low interest rates and periods of free Supercharging and "Full" Self Driving subscriptions.
