Endurance Tokyo R246 300km HELP ME!

You are lucky you werne't up against the RX-7 LM - those bad boys are quick. they tend to beat all the JGTC cars quite easily. Not sure of their pit strategy - but i seem to recall them staying out longer than anyone else. I do love the RX-7 LMs and am collecting them. does anyone know how many different colours of them there are? I think i have a few orange, a few blue and one black beast (probably my favourite car atm).

You're right, it is a fast car, and takes the JGTC cars to the cleaners. On the grand valley 300 I've been trying to set the RE Ameria up to win it, and after 5 laps I have a 6-7 second lead, after another 5 that RX7 LM is on my ass... Pit stops are the same though on 15 laps, but he's just so damn fast when his tyres warm up...

that's the point,i don't wanna finish with 1 or more laps in front of the 2nd.

I'm not sure, but I think I won this race with the FTO LM with not much time to spare.... Will check when I get back home.

oh, u didn't say anything about it, all you say is about pitstop, i think this baby can go 25 or 30, not sure yet, OH! by the way, NO DRIVING AIDS! i hated it

This is most likely my last post here since it seems kane2_be is ignoring all the useful information already put forth! BUT, since I've already gone to the trouble I'll post my findings anyhow.

Took the HONDA NSX-R LM Race Car '02 which I used to win @ Tokyo the first time out again. Found it just as I'd left it...even still had both ASMs still at 10! Guess I hadn't yet discovered how to turn ASM off last time I drove it!

After 10 Laps...leading by 30+ seconds ...Tyres a "Healthy Shade of GREEN" & it's an absolute "Sweetheart" to drive! 👍 Quickest Lap so far 1'38.287...so 1'37s should be easy when the Tyres warm a bit more. STOCK HP & only VERY Minor Chassis Tuning.

kane2_be, please take this advice in the Spirit it's offered...There is NO "Magic Car" or "Magic Set-up" required to win this race!!! In fact...all those Rides mentioned in your most recent post EXCEPT the Mazda Mazda6 Touring Car are "Severe Overkill" for this race!

i recomend the gillet vertigo with super hards and no moderations, if you tune it up it will pit earlier but you will be in the lead by miles

ps its 1,000,000 credits bbargin for the sort of race car it is!

good thinking that. haven't been into arcade mode yet. gt mode is too much fun. the reports of different physics in arc mode convinced me not to bother - and since my usual 2 player combatant is doing his post doc in finland, i haven't found any need to wander over there.

thx Zardoz,i actually did read your recom and even printed the settings,and i'm gona sure try it. but i was asking because maybe anyone else did drive it with another car in the list.you know;don't bet on one horse
