So basically at the "end game" (GT Café, licenses, mission challenge done) the only way to get the engines are with the daily workout.
Sadly, I never got an engine with all the used tickets and I never got more than a 3 stars ticket from the daily workout...

I'm not against the way to get the engines with tickets but at the end it's almost like it's over if didn't have enough luck before...
I would love to get an alternative where you can still try hard whatever they want to still get tickets.

I wanted this 4 rotors so badly... 😢

Wait what ....!?

I just discovered i cant sell cars. The money is getting scarce... How can i earn a six star ticket again? Cant i just race the last league again and finish gold? Ofc it takes alot of time and the AI is as realistic as me dating lara croft but hey, no dice? No roulette? This game is the worst GT ever.

If they make a way to make engine swaps less RNG reliant, where would it go to? Tune Shop's Extreme category doesn't seem to be the appropriate place to do it, but GT Auto seems to be the right place assuming how wheel/paint chip purchases work.

This is where the tuning shops should make a comeback. If they’re going to use Hagerty as a marketing tool, Spoon Sports should be in. Buy your turn key S2000 or just buy a Spoon engine. Not sure how the licensing worked in GT4 for the Tuner Village.

Yeah I agree, this is basically a casino GT sport DLC.

The engines in the four star tickets are they for the engine swabs of are they just new engines like in the extreme modification tab? I got 5 four star tickets by now and every time I get the ****tiest prize... It is getting frustrating and predictable.

Yeah same here I have had about 6 or 7 four star tickets and the best I got was 30,000 credits. The rate at which you get a good prize is not random, it's clearly rigged to give you rubbish.
This is on purpose and I bet their next move is to allow you to buy roluette tickets with credits, ala real money, ala gambling... They just wanted to delay it so the reviews didn't have that part in. I would bet a stack that they do it in the next 2 months.

It's the ones for swaps. I don't think you can get a 'new engine' in a roulette.

Considering the pushback and regulations against it, I don't think so.

Technically, it is possible to get an engine for the originally intended car and use it as a "swap" that effectively acts as "new engine".

I still think that, the rate that new engines are given in the roulette, is due to the lack of engines available. For now, we've seen what, 10 unique engines so far? For a game with 400+ cars, even if we count only half of them as unique, it seems only 5% of them are available for swaps. This may be the reason why they aren't that common, and why they aren't available anywhere else, because it's a very limited feature.

Even the tuning parts, like that ultra high RPM turbo, has anyone gotten it for any other car than the Veyron?

In a roulette? Are you sure? I've only ever seen swaps not originals.
