can i select the xanavi gtr for my team please, it may change once i've heard from my team mate but i didnt want someone else to snap it up beforehand!

Maybe we can form a team as i changed my choice to the XANAVI in the post right over yours. If for some reason you want another teammate you can keep the car no problem for me.

After some testing i found that the Supra is faster around Fuji and i presume track with straights and slower around tighter tracks so i don't think there is a need to reduce its PP. I would like to change my decision though to the XANAVI GT-R if that's ok.

As for Hortus being my teammate it's ok with me as long as he is ok with the car and me.

Yeah, I think the biggest problem is the pure strength in
NSX(543hp) and the Supra(541hp) with 613PP compared to the others.
They will be slower around corners, but they can´t really
be overtaked because they accelerate better and has higher topspeed.
I think Johan found the NSX 1.3xx faster around Suzuka
compared to the others and the Supra 0.8xx. The Nismo Z
was just too slow with its 476hp....

I changed Your car to the Xanavi GT-R 👍
 
Interested in joining. New to the forum. Bare with me. PSNID SLC_VR6_V-DUB. Looking for a teammate. Just finished up with GT Academy US and looking to continue playing competitively.
 
Just been looking at the comparing the pp of my 4 gt500 cars. Raybrig nsx, motul gtr, xanavi gtr and xanavi nismo x. It seems hard to match them up. We will need a few pre races to get them right I think. As a starting points, looking just at the stats I think something like this for those which I have:

Raybrig - 609pp/529hp/1100kg
Motul gtr - 618pp/532hp/1130kg
Xanavi gtr - 618pp/525hp/1100kg
Nismo x - 624pp/521hp/1100kg

Not sure how different pp can be checked for each team?
 
We have found in our tests that the other cars except the
NSX:s, Yellowhat Supra and the Nismo Z produces quite
the same laptimes.(Deep Forest & Suzuka)

With the GT-R:s having a hp of 505 with 613PP.
NSX makes 542hp so You never get a chance to overtake it...
Supra 541 hp, same stuff, they are so powerful that You just
get alongside them when slipstreaming on Suzuka for ex. No
possibility to overtake. The Nismo Z with its 476hp would
only be competitive in a track with only corners....

My thinkings of PP for those cars at the moment:

NSX---> 609
Yellowhat Supra--->611
Nismo Z---> 617

We continue with testing in a few hours.👍

Its quite easy. The host puts for ex. the PP-limit to 609.
All the NSX:cars go to track, then host raises the PP to 611.
The Yellowhat Supra goes to track, then raises to 613, all
the others except the Nismo Z goes to track. Finally the host
raises the PP to 617, the Nismo Z and the host goes to track.
Here everybody has to trust that the host hast the right PP for his car.Which should be easy :)

Thats why all the drivers must be in the room in time, its all
written in post #1. If somebody comes too late, his out of
the race ´cause we can´t police his PP:s if he is entering
the track when we have the PP set for the Nismo Z(617).If
somebody is entering after 20.00 GMT hes DQ:d.

Maybe its time now for all to just start entering the room in
time, it isn´t fun for the host sitting there and kick out
people whos not belong there. I think this new rule is
actually quite good, cause the host also wants to have a relaxed time when he´s doing his warm-up and quali.
Its only possible when the room is full, and with only the
registered racers.👍 :)

I havent talked to him about teamname or which car... TRR (Team Retard Racing) ;-). I must talk to him first.

Hi,
I was busy these days, but Thursday will attend the race, I tried to contact XsApollo in PM but did not answer me, I would like decide with him the car to use in the Championship.
Today if I will not ear him I will choose the car alone.
 
Sorry if I missed it before, but have you tried just having a maximum power and minimum weight for all cars, instead of PP limits...?

Makes sense, just have to keep reminding people to get into the rooms in time otherwise they will not take part.

As you say, you dont want to be kicking people out etc when you just want to race.

See what you think for the Nismo I think it may need a little more than 617pp but you can test that out.
 
Were now testing:

Nismo Z--> 621PP

All GT-R:s,Castrol Toms Supra and Lexus--> 613PP

NSX:s and Yellowhat Supra--> 605PP
 
In another championship I was in, there was a BHP limit at 552 and all of the cars were equal. Maybe do that as you can't see peoples PP so they can cheat.

Also what times you lot setting around Fuji GT?
 
I think were finding now the right PP:s for the cars.

Driving with same hp/kg isnt really fair.(Lexus,Nsx to mention a few)
With PP limits the Lexus for ex gets competitive.

But we have decided that the same car can be used
by many teams, so You Guys that had picked Your car, You can change it if You want to.
Hopefully we will not though see only GT-R:s...:)

617PP for Nismo Z
613PP for all the GT-R:s, all Lexus,Castrol Toms Supra
605PP for all the NSX and Yellowhat Supra.

We are going to test these in the pre-race on thursday. People can change cars after that also.

PP:s can also be changed after the Pre-race!!!

Pre-Race Thursday on Indy Road.
