***Euro GT500 Championship***Thread Closing, New Thread is up***

I see in topic "2 spots left" so is this race still open for new entries? Is a team mate required or can you go solo? Is everyone here playing with wheel setups and would stomp me on DS3 pad? If I did enter, could I use the Toyota Yellowhat YMS Supra '05 (premium) or Honda Takata Dome NSX '03 (standard)... I don't see either on your official car list but I have both tuned already.

Hi!
Are You from Europe? Can´t use neither of those
cars, only from list. Almost all here uses wheel...

The Race distance rule has been Changed to 150-175km, laps depending on Tracks.
The reason is to have more differences in pit strategies. Raising to 150 didn´t change anything...

IF You´re not killing me now, we try on Laguna Seca
with 48laps ca. 172km.:scared:

EDIT:New Thread up today later.....

I guess you can Go Solo.

I am alone racing with a Dunlop Sard an SC430. either that or you can join my team.

Think I was the only one to do 2 pitstops yesterday, didn´t work out lol. Raising the distance is good, you can even up it to 250km or so IMO.

48 laps at Laguna will be knackering, but a lot of fun. Sounds good

tbh, 2 stops could av worked on fuji....but would av required low 33's most laps.
think in race 1 everyone was just waiting for everyone else to pit, coz i had thought before the race that i was gonna 2 stop but decided to stay with the pack

Pag---> I think I could send You one of my many wheels.:sly:
Because I think that Your main issue yesterday was Your Stiff Little Fingers, I could imagine its not easy to use a Pad(inas) with those ones.👍

Hehe, we had great and clean battle with Pag for half of the
Race, luckily I pitted 1 lap earlier.:dopey:

yea send me 1 of your sauna's aswell :sly:

If you average low 33´s it could´ve worked indeed. Problem is I average low 34´s on fuji. I think I could´ve gained 2 positions if I did 1 stop but still happy with my position... this group of drivers is insanely skilled imo so if I end up somewhere in the middle I´m happy.

saw stretch got a warning for hittin a backmarker......ive seen the vid n clearly the backmarker oversteered into him.....

tbh, i cant understand why backmarkers r tryin to race with the lead cars, its so annoying, had that in pre-race 2

backmarkers need to move over for lead cars, then not try n slip back past them....

Yeah, I told him why in a PM.

The backmarker did wrong but so did stretchy also...
Stretchy had a slide with bad tires, and had´nt really
control of his car, still full throttle--> bumped the lapped car out.
Because it would have been avoidable with more careful
driving, we must give a warning.

Its clear in the video, that by lifting the throttle, the
incident would have been avoided.

Think again, You young fellows about the signal it would
give to others if we would not give anything to stretch...

People may think then that u can bump lapped cars, and blame bad tires......:)👍

But again, thank You for discussion. Hopefully backmarkers
will understand to leave room, and others not to bump.
