Good race guys.

It was shaping up to be a close race after only a tenth diffrence in qualy but in the end a bit uneventful race for me, after @Cuber Tom disconnected already on lap 1. Hopefully we have a closer race next week, see you in Imola.

I was averaging about 1:47.7 in practice

My best race lap was a 47.0 but my average lap would be close to yours.

We will be needing to work out the new series soon.... Glad you're all enjoying it and up for a second series - I'm more than happy to oblige!

There have been suggestions that the really fast people (which appears to be most of the grid) are in a slower car in a second class. Ideas everyone? We can collect them all together and see what works for people. I'd like it to be ABS and TCS allowed. We'll see what we get and go from there with voting and discussion, along with race format etc.

FYI regarding results pictures, buybon was out of the room before I could get a screenshot showing him in 2nd place.

Didn't quite work on lap 1! More a fluke on lap 2!

My view of the race:

Holy Cow dude, that was awful lag/ping issue... definitely deserve the penalty for my terrible connection alone.
Had I known that it would cause you to get knocked off, I would have jumped out before.

As for the 1st corner of lap 2, that looked really bad too, once again my apologies to @ROBQT
it looked like I was aiming for him, but hand on heart, that was not the case.
I realised I had no chance of stopping, so at the last minute I tried to floor it and whizz across in front of him and into the gravel... that didn't work either!

I think I should start from last place next time, however I seem to get really good starts, so will not do much good either...

hope there was still enjoyment in it for you guys that suffered my connection of doom...

A few options are being looked into and will be tested. Probably not GT2 again yet but we'll probably cycle back round to it at some point.

Staggered speeds by car is being looked into, along with what will give us fun racing.

I'm also thinking of an interim race between series - GT2 at the Nordschleife combined VLN layout anyone? Non-points race.

That sound scarey, corvette at the green hell.. I'm in:| how bout porsche cup next season or other one make series if you have no tuning probably get grid closer together, just a thought. Gotta be honest though would like gt3

No way to limit tuning, besides I think I need it! I'll add your suggestions to the list.

Some suggestions for next season:
- Use F1 style point system. 1st=25, 2=18......
- Storter quali session, I think 30 mins is quite a long time.
- Discount each player worst round of the championship, so if someone misses a race they can still compete
- Reverse grid races? (Feature and sprint race like F2)

All of your points are being added to the list to be thought over and considered A few different cars are also being tested at the moment to work out relative difference in lap times, making it a bit easier to choose what to use if we have multi-class racing.
