Event A8 - Ferrari F430

Hey guys, so this is the only event I'm left with unpassed, no matter what I do I can't get past the 6th position, I've spent approximately 2 hrs trying now with no improvements whatsoever, the F430 is quite a handful specially when using a gamepad, any tips I should be aware of? (well other than buying a G27 )

And it's not that i haven't tried

You just have to drive dirty e.g. drive through the pits in the beginning, use other cars to get round corners, cut the chicanes
Standard physic is also a "must" when using a pad.

I did, it does give you better control, but I'm struggling to get the wheels to stop spinning when TC is off, well I'll keep practicing anyway.

hmm, never thought about using the standard physics mode, I'll give it a try thanks, driving dirty hmmm, I'll skip that one, I'm gonna feel bad afterwards

i've just got a gold at the race. well, i beat the A class long time ago but i had a bronze so i tried it yesterday to get gold. I set the weight lowest, change hp and changed the gear box so that it will accelerate smoothly and effectively. I got gold even with a controller so definitely you can get a bronze. setup your car better.

setup is only available when you finished Class A though, I'm gonna try the standard physics next time.

Only way I got gold was to take "liberties" with the bus stop. I drove the rest legit but just couldn't make up that last half second on the leader.

I don't feel bad about it. Those pass-em-all-in-one-lap races are lame anyway.
