Very nice Shaun 👍 goes very smooth around curves just love it

I finished it off a few days ago but decided to post it early as I don't have anything else finished to go with it. It is a fast GT2 car. I would imagine it can compete with the GT3 cars quite well in the correct hands too.
BTW if you plan a online match please let me know the time. i have to go shopping because there is only Beer and no Food in the Fridge. Miss my Wife ;)

A beer fridge sounds like a perfect man fridge! I am going to spend a few hours grinding Tokyo before I too go shopping. Picking up the other half at work at 4pm.

I just used the Huayra 15th Anniversary Edition at 640PP and had one of the most fun races yet round Tokyo. It reminds me of a typhoon euro fighter with its front and rear flaps continually moving around to keep everything in check. Makes you want to push this car more and more each lap. You just gotta remember that you have to brake before the 200m board otherwise you'll hit the barrier head on. :banghead:

I put that tune on a regular Huayra '13 Bare carbon fibre look. One heck of a car. I agree with you Shaun, those aero flaps makes one wanna push it even further..

The most under-rated car of all award in GT6 goes to (drum roll....) Mazda RX-7 Spirit R Type A (FD) '02.

Using the 600PP Sports Soft tune from this thread, adding all the power parts that were standard, this car lapped in 1.41s every lap beating the TVR Speed 12 by 4 seconds. Amazing car. The tune helped (obviously :) ) but what a car!

Can't say i'm surprised..

That car and i had a blast at Mt Panorama for that seasonal.. I Love driving that machine.

A screaming rotary engine is never a dull choice.

This guy thinks he's in the police service. He attempted the pit manoeuvre on me on the final lap. Cheekly blighter.

Too bad Shaun's tune doesnt fix the sound this and the Z4 GT-3 makes.. Makes my skin crawl. :irked:

Not much anyone can do about the engine sounds PD give us other than press Mute or put ear phones in to drown out the sound.

Neither of those options are viable for me since i rely on the sound to change gear..

I tend not to drive cars that sound bad.

I don't think I altered it. I just strapped on a Turbo, sports soft tyres and left the transmission as it was. I was being lazy at the time just to see what it handled like. I could do a transmission setup for that version but it means waiting for Captain America 2 on Blu Ray to finish.

I really do Love this car....it's Awesome...i've just been throwing it around Trial Mountain seasonal and been getting 1.39's. and there's faster times to be had.

Because of the SM tires i dropped the Acceleration Sensitivity to 8 so you can stop the rear end sliding out less when putting power back on..love it; love it, love it 👍👍

Cheers Shauny Boy:bowdown:

Just did a 7:57.038 @ a dry Nurburgring. There's more time to be shaved off i'm sure. But i'll leave it for now. I didn't use time trial, i went with the 560pp Schwarzwald league.. Wanted to dodge some obstacles while taming the RUF.

And just for good meassure i went out for a time trial as well.. Did a 7:54 first time around, then i decided to go for a "vintage look" on the car.

Reduced the wheel size to stock and went for a set of american racing wheels with paintable spokes.

GT-Old generation light blu on the car and Hemi orange on the spokes.

Hello GULF!!

Took her out one more time and did a 7:48.987.

Not only did i go faster with the stock sized wheels, the car was more stable as well..

Here she is in all her glory...

I just done a 8.03.83 on Nordschleife with the RUF BTR...free run...That's 38 sec's quicker than my first attempt....i made a few adjustments to it....i added 55kg of ballast still too -50.....power to 98.2% and Isometric manifold all other parts standard...you get 500pp...373bhp... 1,100kg weight and Front/Rear Weight Dis 44:56....also dropped Initial Torque to 5 and Acceleration to 5 so i can now use TC 1 instead of 4. and SS tyres and added custom rear wing set to 18

All i use now is TC 1, ABS 1 and AS Strong...that's a big improvement with this Beast

Guys you should give this ago...its so much better to control for me on this track with this set up with SS tyres...just tried it on SM and the original set up is better:cheers:

Edit...7.57.828

20140823_052325-1.jpg

Edit...7.55.099

I've gone back to your original set up of 500pp 100% power 369bhp 1,075kg but still dropped the torque and acceleration to 5 and rear wing downforce to 18....i am now Happy with this set up...hooray...ABS 1, TC 1 and AS Strong:cheers:

came close twice... the Huayra gets in the lead & stays there. I come back to it later 1:42 is the best time that I have done so far. using exeter tunes rule... cheers & good night.
Two of the easiest cars to get gold in this event are the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG '10 (650PP SS) and the Nissan GT-R Black Edition '12 (650PP SS). They are really easy to drive and make passing opponents very easy.
