May I ask why you want us to Rebuild Engine and Chassis? It's a waste of money after just 100 miles (It's also 186 miles to fully break in). Also, upon Engine Rebuild an Oilchange is automatically done.

There's a difference in the car with and without rebuilding the engine and chassis as well as PP. If the engine doesn't need to be rebuilt at least an oil change. Someone building up there car may have already run the car, might have fewer or less miles etc...

That is true, but as a general rule you only need to actually rebuild the the engine and chassis once every 10.000 KM's, or 6200 Miles. That the point where you actually get noticeable changes in handling and performance.
