With just one round to go, Congratulations to @XJ40 for winning the 2021 F1 Caption Competition! After many close calls, he finally takes the title. Well Done mate!

Also I can't be sure about the history of this tournament and any former rules about disqualifying competitors, but this is definitely the first round where the eventual caption winner was not awarded any points, as there wasn't a vote by @MaxAttack. He still gets the win chalked down to him in the statistics for the case of tiebrakers, but now misses out on the chance to compete for 3rd in the Championship.​

You had me laughing all year man, very well deserved, well done.

Tho I was in contention for p3 most of the back end of the year I never really felt I deserved it as I had a lot of whiff captions and the general level was really high I felt. Good fun contest and thanks to @Jimlaad43 for his efforts.
