Fanatec Clubsport Pedals Problem

I just received the Fanatec CSP, and was really enjoying them with GTP. However, as I was playing this morning, the pedals became completely unresponsive. What I've done to test out problems:

1. restart wheel
2. restart ps3
3. connect wheel to PC via USB (recognized)
4. connect CSP to PC via USB (recognized)
5. replug CSP cable to GT3RS wheel a few times
6. inspect the gap between the circuit board and chrome plate on bottom for shorts (none)
7. connect wheel + CSP (with PS/2 connection) to PC (recognizes wheel, but not the pedals)

Has anyone else experienced such problems? Any ideas are welcome.

Thanks.

The clubsport pedals were unresponsive. I do not own standard pedals. The pedals stopped working during a race when I was playing GT5P.

I tried connecting the pedals to the pc via usb and was able to get to the calibration settings, however, when wheel is connected to the pc and pedals to wheel via ps/2, the pedals are not detected by the settings....

Well the thing is none of the pedals react when connectwd to ps/2. The springs should be fine consdering the pedqls are brand new/work on the pc.

I am having a problem with a set of my clubsports. I get no response from the clutch at all. I have sent in a support email w/ all the proper fixings so I am looking for a response too.

Update

I tested my pedals on my friend's GT3RS, and they worked via PS/2. Turns out my problem is the GT3RS wheel.

No response from Fanatec yet.
