Hi,

Before I ask the question here - Please bear in mind that age and Arthritis are two big issues!

I have the CSL Elite, load cell, pedals here. My problem is the brake is so hard even on "lo". It is uncomfortable / painful to use. So I am looking for less resistance and more movement. I initially removed one of the plastic elastomer bushes and added the spare spring that comes with the kit. It feels great but the brake, sometimes, sticks on full.

I have seen the 3Drap mod and also this...

Have any of you folks used / added either and of so, what are your opinions please?

Best regards to all here.

Ian.

Would recommend you go for the above kit, with one yellow and one blue, i used these on my Fanatec CSL Load Cell, and made a big difference, but have now swapped to a set of V3 Pedals, bought during Black Friday

Hi,

Earlier, I mentioned this...

"I initially removed one of the plastic elastomer bushes and added the spare spring that comes with the kit. It feels great but the brake, sometimes, sticks on full"

I suspected that my making changes were creating the problem. It's not me....

Every 5 or 10 startups of GT7, my brakes lock on full.
This happens with the "stock" Fanatec setup. My "modified" Fanatec setup.... 2 springs and 2 elastomer bushes. It also happens with the springs I bought earlier. A re-start of the PS5 cures the problem and my brakes work perfectly for the rest of the session.

Fanatec Clubsport DD+ Base. Clubsport RS wheel. CSL V2 Pedals. PS5.

Does anyone here know what is going on please?

Best regards.

Ian.
