Fanatec response time?

I did a search and saw some old posts from 2012 or so but nothing lately. Is anyone else having difficulty with getting a response from Fanatec? I sent an online query on a fault with my 5 month old CSL elite PS4 wheel which fails during the boot up sequence on 3 orange lights at full left turn of the wheel on Monday at 11.00 and got the email acknowledgment but since then nothing. Despite trying to find a number in their site I can’t find one. Is this normal for Fanatec still? How can I escalate this?

Just noticed thee is a number in the email at the bottom, I’ll try that
