So, a top 6 seems to be establishing itself in the league, all within 10 points.

I've hit a bit of a slump after playing my wildcard, only got 42 points last round. I'm going for the bench-boost next round.

Much better week for me but only because I had Aguero as captain. :cool: Then again I don't think my team is that bad, although I probably need to change a defender or even two, my 5th midfielder or 3rd striker and then the gk eventually as I only have Butland. I've got the money just not enough transfers as always, hopefully the international break won't throw up some injuries but it probably will and mess everything up. :nervous:

It always messes up fantasy teams with a number of serious injuries, happens every single season. You also can't remove anyone yet because you can bet the person you replace them with will then get injured too.

It's why I like to have two transfers available after every break but even that is often not enough.

My reserve keeper Krul has just been ruled out for the season too. About 4/5 players I wanted to change and now him injured too.

I keep trying to catch up but every good week is followed by an injury filled one meaning not only do I lose ground points wise, I then lose points again subbing players and those players lose value whilst others I then need to bring in have gone up.

I'm where I usually am in the standings but never remember fantasy football being as hard as this in the past. :mad:
 
I'm too scared to use the bonuses in case it screws up. Triple Captain is a gamble, but I know which situations I want to use the others in.

Same, twice already this season bench boost would have netted me 20+ points which would have been quite useful but I didn't dare play it and you just know that when there's finally a double game week (for some teams at least), to use the boosts, I'll then have another injury crisis or my players will all fire blanks.:nervous:

I might try to save all out attack for the last game of the season as teams never bother to defend then but I may be forced to use it early because of the injuries.:ouch:

I'm saving All Out Attack for when all my defenders are injured/suspended.

TBH I'd forgotten about double game weeks, so I'm defo saving both other bonuses for them!
 
I didn't even know about them and I've blown my bonuses. My captain at the start was Darmain and he was on fire. Used triple captain and he got minus 1
 
Why does the cup have to start on the one bad week I have all season. Out in round 1...

Yeah, same. Easily the worst week I've had in the past month or so. Happens every freakin year.


And I'm taking a risk this week and playing bench boost. First time I've used one of these bonuses so far, hopefully it pays off.
 
I'm saving TC and BB until later in the season, when some teams may have rescheduled matches, therefore having 2 games in a gameweek.
 
My team is now very close to being the dream team, and all the players had a stinker today, so that was a bad result today.
 
Last I looked I was on 17 points, with 10/11 of my players having finished their matches. :(
 
Poor week, no goals or assists from anyone apart from anyone bar Sagna(not sure how I still have him :lol:), could have done with that Fabianski header going in.:lol:

Got Alderweireld, Dann, Deulofeo and Kane playing tomorrow for me though, otherwise I'm out of the cup.
 
I'd say it's much much more likely for a defender to score. I think it should be at least 10.
 
I think they're trying to avoid the system being abused if there's a keeper like that Brazilian one who was a free kick and penalty specialist being completely OP
 
I think I just wasted my Triple Captain on an out of Form Ross Barkley who might not even play the second game this week...
