In the beginner class get an acura integra type r and enter it in the Type R series races.  You get 5k per race, 10k for winning plus an Acura RSX which is like 7.5k, and I think you can do this as often as you like, I did it twice tonight.

For some reason this serier is really easy. Then again my integra has 380 horses.

+ The integra is good for the FF race and if you buy the America one it is good for the Stars and Stripes American car races.

Get a Supra(or something moderately fast), make it extremely fast, and take it to the Turbo Series Test Track, and race 3 laps for 15 grand...
