Favorite car in the game so far

Mitsubishi Evo IX, Works Modified.

Fast, handles well, tail likes to hang out to a controllable degree.

However, I recently purchased the Audi TT thinking that It could be a serious track day car. Then I found you can drop the R8 V8 into the machine and this puppy makes Vipers look like they are standing still!

I second the Evo. I own less than 10 cars because I haven't really started collecting. I spend more time competing with autolog. But the Evo is the best handling and quickest car I have thus far. I can handle it better than my R34 that I thought was great until I Works converted the Evo.

McLaren F1 Works. Well worth the $2.1 Million. Got her up to 278MPH before I ran out of road.

I haven't bought an Evo yet, but I'm shopping. Is the IX better than the X for some reason?

The X weighs 50kg more, while both cars come with the same amount of power (308HP).

By the way, the Silvia S15 is truly impressive. It's probably the fastest RWD C-Class car I own.

Faster than the R35? For some reason the GT-R is like a rocket in the sub-1000 class and I haven't found anything faster yet. Must try out the Silvia 👍

Edit: I just noticed you said RWD :dunce:

Today i bought my first GT3 car.The Ford GT and holy cow.I had to adjust the tune a bit,but man is it a blast to drive. 👍

The Matech Ford GT GT1 is pretty neat too. It's swaying a bit out of the box, but after adjusting the tire pressures and downforce settings the thing drives pretty much on rails.

Yeah, it seems like the game favours AWD cars quite a bit.
MMuch like FM3 >_>

I would agree with that, except for the Audi R8 4.2. I could never get that one to behave, so I quit trying.

Yeah, the AWD cars aren't automatically good, but on average, they're superior to their RWD counterparts... Sadly. Once again, a performance index fails :-/

The JCW Nissan GTR so fast and can beat Veyrons. I even managed to flip and McLaren F1 and destroyed a Zonda in one move at Donington.

I love my own Veyron as well and saving up to get a second to Works Convert.

I also agree with others about the Lamborghini Murchielargo (I have 2 one works'd and one standard). I have my works one in chromed blue which looks amazing :D

Fave cars are GTR V Spec R35, Zonda R and the Aston DBR9 GT1, tho think the Aston just edges it for me, love the sound of it too ;)

It changes some times , but some good cars are ; Matech Ford's, Ford Escort, Dodge viper (stock) , Subaru impreza , Mitsubishi EVO IX , Gumpert
thsose cars work best for me but I'm looking forward to buy more cars in the futur:)

I'll have to add the Tri-Rotor swapped FC3S Works. My god, that thing is the epitome of stability and drivability, despite having 800+ HP under the bonnet...

I love my Shelby Cobra (class C maxed).
And i love the Catheram R500 (class B maxed) and my GT3 Aston Martin...these 3 are the only ones i want to drive now...later on ill test others more extensivly :)

Being that it is mid-engine, do you find you have to left-foot brake to avoid lift-off oversteer? I find in some mid-engine car's you do (Lotus Exige), some you don't. I was hoping the GT would be in the latter - I avoid left foot braking whenever possible.

Bought the BMW M3 (E30) Sport Evolution yesterday. Man, that car is tight, awesome for the retro events. 👍

I upgraded the handling of a Z06 corvette and it's very good:tup:
also bought a Mad croc C6.R and I think i'm in love:sly:

Maserati MC12 GT1!:dopey:
What a roar!!!:scared:
Fast, challenging...keeps you sharp,on the edge and delivers an amazing acceleration and speed.
My first choice for the GT1 Championship...although I love the Ford and the Aston too.:)

I posted earlier in this thread, naming the Alfa 8C. I still think its a beauty, but my favourite at the moment is my works converted V8 Vantage

My favourites are:

BMW M3 E30 (upgraded, B1490ish)
Love the car, would love to have one in real life and had a great time doing the retro event in it.

Corvette Z06 (upgraded, B1490ish, tuned a bit for better handling)
Although I wouldn't want to spend my real money on one, this car has been my go to car for all B and Muscle events (except for the classic ones ofcourse). It is very nice to drive.

McLaren mp4-12c (stock, tuned a bit for better handling).
Again one I would never consider buying IRL, even if I did have the money :). Did all A races with it. Those stupid Bugattis are faster on the straights, but I kick their ugly behinds in the corners. Sadly I did lose to a few of them.

I hate the MP4-12c with a passion since I first tried the A-Class Invitational. Front end all over the place, borderline incontrollable in fast corners... If this is anywhere near the real thing there is gonna be a lot of dead millionaires beside the roads soon!

Also I tried the Stingray in the old/new challenges and was very disappointed, handles like a garbage truck and the engine sound doesnt indicate the redline coming then all of a sudden brrrpppbrrrpppbrrrpppbrrrrpppp - limiter.

On the other hand I thoroughly enjoyed the Focus RS and the Shelby GT 500, best handling old school muscle imho.

*snip*

I hated it during the Invitational too. After a bit of (general) tuning I started to like it. I did a lot of races with it and really enjoyed it after a while.

I have not tried that many (I will prob get the nissan gtr next).

as of right now the lambo (WORKS), civic (WORKS), NSX,and S2000 are my favorite.

what ever you do, DO NOT WORKS THE DODGE VIPER! wtf that car is un-drivable now :grumpy: (even with tuning)

I still wanna get the catraham, I want that car in real life (like a fast little go kart lol)
