No idea... These are from my HD, i basically chose them and uploaded them there...

there are a few sites with good picture galleries, though.

very nice all. but lets give it a twist. I know im the only weird guy here who doesnt like all the new cars and hondas stuff, but you'll have to deal with it. I cant call my fave rim a new one. as I cant call my fave car a new one. it just doesnt fit.
so, lez get some hot rod wheels.
Radir wheels. all of them look absolutely cool. and dont you want to imagine them on a honda please. these suits old cars. thats why they are cool ( im sayin this because I cant see some people in this forum imaging any automotive device in other thing than an import/sports car...)

spindle-mounted because these are for draggers only. front ones, of course.

this is what Im talkin about.. look at how they mount to the spindle and the abscence of front brakes. rears are radirs too.

ok, next ones. these wheels made hot rodding. Halibrands.
these look real cool on hot rods and muscle cars, just put them over. also, as they are now selling them in sizes up to 20 inches, they can give a car a very traditional look while maintaining the tradition.

Halibrand Sprints:

I like older cars. I don't like any of the wheels you posted though. Chrome loking wheels look cheesy on any car.

Flat rims are better than highly polished rims.

more. american racing. more specifically, american racing torque thrust wheels. these are arguably the most famous wheels... and the most copied too. looks @ the halibrand 5spoker and the radir, and many other wheels and they all share some design elements with the torque thrust. bah, I dont blame them. they look absolutely cool. by now I doubt there is one person that hasnt seen a torq-thrust wheel.

American Torq-Thrust D wheel (I like the powdercoated version better)

the Torque Thrust II, an slightly modernized design of the old torq-thrust D, wich sells in sizes from 14 to 20 inches, givving a cool blend of modern and tradition.

the S200 or flowers. these were the earliest americans.

these are on a Cobra.

they look decent on modern stuff too:

and in any incarnation of a street rod, in this case, three of them, all amazing. a 40 Ford custom, made into a hardtop (notice its pillarless):

and lastly, a 32 ford tudor sedan wearing the S200 wheels:

yeah, I know. I dont like chrome wheels on cars that much, but on hot rods and customs and stuff these weels look good. and I dont like overchrome on the body and engine and all that. and I think that chrome on modern cars is a sin.
but back to the wheels, another one (chromed, about it), tha most classical wheel of all time, and maybe the most famous one, the Cragar SS. if the torq thrust is famous, I sont know what to call the cragar SS. this wheel started it all.

some other cragar models, this one a famous model, the series 32:

I'm fuzzy about wheels :) Bought every single one in the game so I can just browse my way through to see what looks good on the car. But they really should include a set or two of goldplated rims for the CL600. I'm trying to learn how to drift the 2 ton Benz and while it looks awesome in the replays it needs some pimp wheels.

Another thing needed for GT4 - Steady hubcaps. Have anyone seen a movie called Destiny turns on the radio ?... The antihero of the movie drives an old Plymouth Roadrunner with steady hubcaps with a picture of ... Roadrunner. It looks AWESOME :)

Btw. I'm NOT kidding. I am trying to drift the CL600. Try it and watch the replays. It does indeed look awesome when that giant is drifting :mischievous: The wheels currently on it is the same as on the yellow Civic in this post : https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?postid=530044#post530044 so you can see it needs ... something else..

I did the same thing. 👍

20 inch Giovanna Barletta abd thats my friend Jason's Blazer X equipted with em.

yup to each is own and they do look better in person I'll say. In the picture you can't see the shinneiness of them.

those giovanna craps are some of the ugliest wheels Ive ever seen. same for the niche/areli/those kinda wheels. UGH.

Ever seen the penis-spoked wheels? or the teddy bears? Or those wheels that keep on spinning even when they're stopped?

They're much more ridiculous...

Say what?!?

I got BBS on my RX-7 (click on the link in my sig to see pics and new pics) and they sure cost a lot but they came with the car ..

Nice wheels guys, except for those "K-Mart Kromez" , did you check out the brakes on XenoN's post?
My friends ( Sam & Richie) own the company (ROTORA), they make REAL QUALITY stuff in case any of you guys are looking for a decent brake upgrade . Just go to ROTORA.com I'm sure they'd appreciate the business.

Well, I don't really like aftermarket wheels.

So I choose: 5Lug: Millenia S, 2002+ MPV, Mazda 6 S, and RX-8 wheels.
4 lug: Miata SE, '98-00 Protege(will fit on the 323!)

And for older wheels: 5Lug: '88-92 MX-6 GT, '88-92 626 5door GT(my bro has a set painted gunmetal gray on his MX-6 GT(and the MX-6 GT wheels are in the basement lol), 2nd gen RX-7 GXL/Turbo II.
4 lug: All fitting on the 323: '87 and earlier 626GT 15"(a set is on my bro's '87 626, and he has an extra set), 1st gen RX-7 base and GSL-SE(my dad has a GSL-SE set in the basement. I think the offset is wrong for the 323 though...), 2nd gen base(like on my dad's RX), 13" 323LX wheels(what's on my 323 right now).

The list goes on and on. I'll have to use Photoshop to see what wheels would look good on the 323...I think the 1st gen RX base wheels would be pretty neato. Though the 15" 626GT wheels would look cool, but a bit too big(would mess with the speedometer...). Ohh, and the MX-3 wheels are pretty cool, especially the GS-SE ones.
