Hi all!
I love the custom race feature in the game, and if i saw correctly, there isnt much discussion about them here. My question is, whats your favourite setups for offline custom races?
I usually going for 15-20-25 laps on any track, on professional difficulty with tire wear/fuel consumption and damage ON, but i still find it not enough challenging, because i usually beat everyone by half a lap. On nurburgring its harder of course for example, but with little caution you can easily win that track too especially if you set it to a high number of laps. So do you have setups and options, car/track/opponent combos that you find more challenging, but not too unfair?

-also im a new user, i hope i didnt do anything wrong, im just curious, i didnt find any related topic to this, so i tried my luck, if i did something wrong, then im sorry
Also sorry for the bad english, its not my native language-
Cheers

I like to have close racing with lots of prize money, so I choose good tires, place myself at the back of the pack, try for a clean race bonus and adjust opposing cars and drivers to give me exciting racing, while I am driving a car I like. Basically experimenting to get the best outcome. Depends on your skills, and mine are sort of "average"!

Yup, going for a clean race is a good idea for more challenge. I might try out some races against better grouped opponents. This is what you meant with "adjusting opposing cars and drivers" or what you mean exactly? If yes its all good but i would like more if we could change difficulty like on a 1-10 scale with sliders or something. I think that would be awesome. Or an additional difficulty after professional.

adjusting opposing cars and drivers"

I mean, for example, if I drive an N300 car, I might choose N500 as opponents with (maybe) Intermediate drivers while I rely on using RS tires to make myself competitive. Better tires also make it easier to run a clean race. Tweaking the opponents will eventually give you satisfying racing.

Oh i see. Its a great idea, i will try this out soon, cheers!
And also, realized just now, that i always tune more HP into my car. Of course im faster than everybody else lol. I will experimenting with the race making and we'll see. Thanks for the tips. :)

I do endurance races often, i often set them to 90-120 mins, pro AI, with fueling and the full schebang. I think that if you set them up as ''normal'' races it's to easy and i usually finish with 1 min + in front of second place.

When i'm in the mood for a real challenge i drive with an road car against gr.3 or gr.4 cars or drive a car that's way out of my comfort zone like the Vulcan
