Favourite nationally/internationally spoken language?

It does. However, Mexicans speak a different form of Spanish, sort of like a guy from Alabama trying to listen to an Irishman etc.

And, your favourite of the two?
No favourite. I like both languages. Although English spoken by the high society in England and Australian English is less attractive (hope I explained it properly).

You left out my Latin.

Is Latin your favourite language? If so, I'll put it in the OP.

And, again, for a vote to count in the OP, you can only choose one language. As it's getting nowhere, because no one can choose their favourites, I'll be "forgetting" those who can't give a clear answer.

Well, I'd say my favorite language is English, because with it I can speak almost universally with people from around the world, but I did spend a year of my life in Germany, learning German.

English is almost uniquely spoken in the Western hemisphere. The largest/most influential languages are: Mandarin Chinese & Spanish. However, a Latin speaker can understand everything from English, to Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, Romanian, Lithuanian, Slovenian, Czech, Russian & Polish. That suffices to say that Latin is still a powerful language, despite Omnis's beliefs.

It died with the novus ordo bro.

Latin is a dead language though.

I refuse to believe it! Audaci favet fortuna!
