Ferarri F1 question

Once you clear all the events and you acrue $2 Million you can get the F1 - right?
But, once you have it, who can you race it against? Does it unlock special Formula race events? Because you clearly can't run it in a pp 700 race against road cars.
I bought that hideous Citroen GT for $1 Million only to realize it can't be used to compete in anything because of it's pp rating that can't be tuned down enough for any of the events so I had to sell it for $250K the next day.
Grrrrrr.
But I don't want to have that happen again with the F1.

Online events are offered at times. I use it to battle lap times in arcade mode. I was 17,xxx on Daytona road, then dropped to 12,xxx after a week I'm down to 1,1xx. It's fun, IMO at least. Though also, it seems like it has way too much downforce at times, I mean I can't see taking the bus stop at Daytona at 190 like the fastest people do, and still make it out alive.

The last event was Suzuka, pretty fun, 10 lap battle.

Yeah the same happened to me, Libre. Although sometimes online races will have 1 make events. For the F2007, I saw that there were time trials. When I found out I couldn't race my GT, I used it to get gold on races that I couldn't win on class a, b, and c.

Well, you can always use the Citroën GT to try and top the Time Trial charts in Standard mode. The GT tops the charts there as you can only use the F1 in professional mode.
