Ferrari F458 Italia tuning setups?

What are your opinions with this car? It's my first serious car. I've done some upgrading and at this moment my car have 690hp and 1242kg. I'm pretty satisfied with it, and with the results. With professional series racings there is no problems, but some sharper cornering and better handling are always welcome. Sorry for bad English, cheers!

Hi ,this is the best Ferrari with the 430 scuderia for me. I'm working on a tune right now, but you can find some of them here .

I like a lot the LDP "Sports soft tyres" tune.. a classic.👍

My current setup for F458 is bad if you ask me, but it is still fast car, only 2sec slower than my 800+ hp ZR1 which handels perfectly, but it's kinda heavy to drive. I'll will try your's tune later ;)

My 458 tune is very light on the wheel, because there is only a little F&R toe, just the necessary to balance this wonderfull car. But it's stiff, don't use the "No aero" version on a bumpy road, or use it if you like , but for this you need to know exactly where the bumps are to anticipate the reaction. ( this little bumps on the ring in the corners km/11 and km/15 take you out of the road).
Enjoy your day.

I tried now your tune. Without aero settings cause I do not want those ugly spoilers on beautiful italia. Your setup is pretty similiar to mine previous, but I've used now yours with some defferent tweaks like top speed set to 300kmh and some different lsd and braking numbers. I was obviously wrong when I said that my f458 handles bad cause now with this your tune + some mine numbers it's only a half second slower than my ZR1 which has almost 100hp more and 10kg less ;)

Very good , i'll do a fine tuning later la for this "no aero" it was a last minute modificaton for "pmgolf", please send me the exact modifications you've made , like this we can join experience to do a better tune.
Thank you.

Try cape ring periphery with DS3 gamepad and tell me result. mine is around 1:29 or 1:28. I'm doned absolutelly all tuning, everything from tuning shop except those aero parts from gt maintance. My lambo murcielago sv is 1.5 sec faster than 458, but it has almost 150hp more.

I'm driving with all options off except abs=1 and trac. control=3.
Good , very good, i'll try after the job later. But i'll drive with my wheel. I've play with pad since GT1, at this time my thumb looked like a piece of wood. Now+- 1 year i have my first wheel G27 ,and i don't want to drive pad again. Buy a wheel if you can, it's a diferent world. You will enjoy much more.
Later.

Ok, I'm new to GT world, this is first GT I play and I'm playn' it for just a few days :)

The good thing with GT is that you can enjoy the game from the beginning, i remember till now this first contact with the gT world, I've buy a PS1 for my kids in 2000 with GT1.
Result, they didn't touch the PS1 during 2 monthes. I just couldn't stop playing day and night.
And all this felling with the game ,now the GT5 is still the same, 11 years after.
So ,enjoy, drive a lot, when you feel ok to take out this traction control, do it and drive and drive again till you know each meters of each track.

Good luck.

I have definitely same feeling. I've installed game at saturday and turned it off immediately, I had not enough feel of speed, cars was to boring and heavy, but now, after few days I just cant stop playing it. I'm going deeper and deeper and it's awesome. I'm pretty limited with words cause my English is bad, but I hope that you understand me :D

Check where i'm coming from. Brasil, just you don't see that my english is also basic... hehehe. But we can comunicate, this is the most important.
Look i've done a new tune for Ferrari 458 Italia with no aero and tyres sport soft.
You can use it with race tires , it is much more equilibrate than the other that was just a fast adaptation for the other friend yesterday.
If you want to try it with sport soft , do that sometimes, you will learn more fast.

Have a good night.
