The models looks different to ones used in GT5P so I guess not.

But there is always a chance.

what do you mean with the models look different???...like they are not real models??...:boggled:

dont think this has anything to do with gt i'm affraid...nicely made though...👍

spyrrari.

Personally I think this is PD made models, the aspect ratio of the video off so it appears a little warped and it seems to mave some sort of filter which doesn't give that crisp but rather a video look but considering previously PD did the Ferrari California previews and Virtual test drive, and Ferrari gave PD a award for making the best Ferrari models so far and PD would already have modeled these cars I am pretty sure they are PD based.

Maybe someone with some time could get some stills and compare parts to GT5P versions (California, 599 etc)

You guys are crazy! :nervous: That looks exactly like the video that came out just before the California launched... I think that's PD's work. It's just ruined by streaming through Flash.

It looks like the light reflections are a lot better than the resolution of that video does it justice. The reflections in the windows are very good, and you can tell there's pretty good reflection in the paint.

The interiors in that video are of the level of detail we expect in GT, and the engine bay of the F430 is remarkable... just like in Prologue.

I swear I've seen that cobblestone before too.

My belief is that is PD's work 👍

id agree its PD work but i dont think it shows anything new besides a plaza in rome. so a. we might be getting a new track in rome or b. it means nothing at all.

nope. just another ferrari 3-d slideshow, and besides, it looks nowhere near as good as GT does and will.

There's the 612 Scaglietti, the F430 Scuderia and the F430 Spider that are new.

Look past the low resolution of the video, and you will see the detail, that's GT.

I agree with PJ-FFL. As much I would love those cars to be rendered in GT5's engine, it doesn't seem like it. The F430 (specially) looks a lot more like PGR4 than GT5P in my opinion.

The California looks like PD's work, but the F430/Spider/612 really look more like updated models from Test Drive Unlimited. The interiors seem to really be more TDU-esque than GT5:P.

I thought they looked like TDU also or maybe PGR4ish.

I don't think it's PD's work. Look at the heavy panel gaps...those are way worse on GT5P. And another point is the wheels that look much more 2Dthan on GT5P.
Not PDs work.

you guys are right, panels look too spaced out, and wheels are not as 3-d, they are but they look too flat. not too much depth. It's just Ferrari job..

If it was by PD, it would say powered by GT or something like that

Rewatching and as said the panel gaps do seem rather large, interiors do look TDU like I agree this isn't PD quality, How about Ferrari challenge? Havent played it but is their models like this?

Some angles and views look PD quality but others look rubbish.

No, FC's aren't this detailed.

I would simply but it down to normal modellers, why does it have to be a games company? I mean, there is nothing to suggest it is made by PD at all beyond the old California video.

I think GT5 will contain more than a screen showing "Buffering" and the download speed.

(Jokes at my stupidly slow connection).

Edit: It finally loaded, and while I can't quite pick it, it doesn't really seem like GT5 material. Of course, I think we can expect more Ferraris in GT5, they'd be mental to leave it at what we have in Prologue.

Some of the panel gaps are so large and black they look penciled on.

Oh I am sure we will get a fair share of Ferrari goodness in the full version, GT5P is just a good taste.

The limited models in that video (Califronia, 599, 612, F430 spyder, F430 scud) was just Ferrari's current road car line up.

March 29th , Tribute to Michelangelo and Rome, Font used on numberplates seems GT5P

put 1 and 2 together and we have a couple of new cars and the Rome Circuit of GT2 available for download at the 29th of March :D , hopefully...or should this be in the dreamthread ;)

Don't no. plate fonts in GT change depending on what car you have?

Yeah it's not PD's work..
1St there would have to be a PD or GT logo .. credits and props..

2nd. Look at the California from the link.. Then at GT5P Spec III, in GT door panes are way smaller, as well other body panes. Look at REAL LIFE picture, the door spacing is as small as in GT5P spec III, so yeah PD did amazing job.. way better then Ferrari's page.
