The lighting and especially the camera work do not feel like GT5P. It is more Forza-ish or PGR-ish, but my opinion is that even the lighting car modeling in Forza and PGR are more sophisticated than those in that video.
I don't think it has anything to do with GT5 or GT5P. Let's not focus on the details of the video, but the contents of it. Beside the the F430 Scuderia and F430 Spider, all the cars in that video are already in GT5P. Including these 2 cars would definitely make people happy, but it's not really that big a deal to justify making such video to tease people about it. So what's left in the video is the location... Rome? I don't see what Rome has to do with Ferrari, except that they are both Italian's. And the details of the background look so dry in the video that it doesn't feel like Rome is the main focus... at least not in this video.
It is more likely the video has to do with a new Ferrari game or another racing game with Ferrari cars. TDU2? Sounds good, and the level of details of that video does match TDU's.
