Well with a 410Hp limit I can only see this as becoming a Civic Tournament. HP limit should be low to include all FFs. Like 350HP, then almost any FF would have a chance. Just my opinion guys.

If im not mistaken it is just that.
Hondas are the GTRs and Vipers of the FF drag scene, minus the SRT and the '06 Eclipse. If you enter a FF drang room open to any and all FF cars it will still just be full of Hondas since they are the beasts of FF drag racing. We are not discussing the Hondas being omited. We are discussing that with a limit of 410HP, it will be only Hondas in this Competition, since 410HP is the perfect limit for the Honda Civic and Integra. If the limit were lower, 350HP, then it would be more sutiable for a more diverse selection of cars to be used from Puegots, to Citroens, Mazdas, Hondas, Alfas, Seat, Pontiac, Ford, Mitsubishi, Renault, and so on. I say this because the Hondas are great cars and at close to max HP they run 11.8 to 11.6 steadily which is almost untouchable by any other car manufacturer because they have much less HP capabilities. Esentially I am suggesting we lower the HP limit to 350 in an attempt to dumb down the Hondas to make the car selection more varied and evenly matched.

I don't see a problem with that, just call a number and say a date so we can go and have fun. I think 365hp will keep most of the faster Hondas out if thats the concern, cause once you detune your Honda you will need to retune it cause it is no longer fast with the old tune.
I love Hondas don't get me wrong after all I've been a Honda tech for a decade and almost all my cars have been Hondas except for my SUV *cough* GMC *cough* but it's good to see a variety of cars out there, trust me so far my Mitsubishi Cyborg is pretty quick at Indy, I'm sure it can be beat but so far no CRX or EG has, except for Karo's, haven't race him but judging by his time I know he will.

I am also ok with 350 - 365 hp whatever lets do it, It is all for fun anyway. we could have had 3 tournaments now in the time its taking just to set a HP limit lol

we cant even get a set HP limit lol I say do 3 round tourny low/med/high HP
You know this HP limit discussion is really bothering me, I can see where your arguments come into play.
So lets do this, lets vote. First 5 people that post a decent HP limit (300-400) I will average it out. Just want to make everyone happy. And get this thing going. Please spread the word throughout the rooms you go to the more people the more enjoyable it will be. :-)
