For FF cars, is suspension the most important factor? My transmission seems good but my times are still a little off. I just need a mentor kind of. Anyone help me out? I run hard suspension in the back and soft in front

Ex: everything in front low
Everything in back high

I've only tuned 1 FF but explore alignment and possibly ballast, what cars you working on?

I'll have to disagree with your toe tip. Toe on front should not go over +20, the real trick on FF its when you put your rear toe to -1.00. Try that and you will see mayor difference on your times. BTW all left in front and all right on rear is how normally goes for most of FF cars. have fun :)

Play with rear camber too. seems FF is almost the opposite of FR in some cases . It's the ballast thing that I have 0 experience with.

Yes rear camber WILL help shave off a bit of time.

Well rear camber certainly made a difference on that 88 Accord, Not as much as the toe but still significant. Certainly worth trying on any FF car.

^Unless it's something with a very "wrong" powerband being used for tunnel, where reducing traction to avoid a bog is faster than having to run a shorter 1st gear due to shift lag.

While doing this you need to consider the effects of top end though.
