There's going to be one impreza team, i think logicline/stephen vann is planning on using it so ask if he wants to team up.

Give the altezza and s2000 a try, they are both very easy to drive if that is what you look for. I think the rx7 will be available too since fla seems willingly to drop it and take a different car...

i'll have the RX7 if fla isn't having it if he is then i'll have the S2000

I haven't hears from jorn bit of he's ok staying as a team we'll have to do some testing before choosing the car. We also need a final car and regs list before anyone chooses I think.

Hi Karsten, can you allow this please , Filo and i both had garas for season 1 and they are dreadful compared with the rx7s , not for speed but for the way the cars drive , the rx7 is just so nice, i have had around 50 laps with Filo, and Flank tonight , and i am in love. I know i may not be the fastest by a long way, but i had more fun driving the 50 laps tonight than i have done since i had the game, just before christmas.
I thought you wanted us to get on and sort out the teams and cars quickly so you could make all your notes etc ready for season 2. and rather than waiting , when you mentioned earlier that Filo and me should make a team , we went online and ran some cars and both brought rx7s , got them painted etc etc . made a name for the team , numbered the cars . Can you confirm that we are in as stated earler please ? thanks Karsten

@BAZZER It's quite hard to hear from me, since some IT moron in my work blocked GTPlanet. So I can read your post via google translator, but I can't write when I'm at work. Anyway as for the car, I was thining about the Imprezza, but if you have other car in mind. Though I think Garaiya would not suit me, I'd be in sand for most of the time...

i have driven the imprezza 4 wheel drive , and although i love the car as its so forgiving , i do think it would be an infair advantage . you can run all over the kerbs wet or dry, even the mud and grass , it grips everything , and mistakes made would not loose any time as its so stuck to the track , and kerbs and grass , and although i have not driven it in the wet i am sure it would stick well to that even, its easy almost effortless to drive compared to my gara , that doesnt seem to even grip the track most of the time Lol , and even the smallest mistake in the gara will be at least 1 spin its so so twitchy.
Of course if the imprezza 4wd is in then i would like to put my name on it ? but from my own personal opinion, its not a straight comparison , as mistakes made are a very important part of racing , { this coming from an expert at them } and even in flanks test earlier mentioned that the gara was fast but he could not get a clean lap without a mistake.
Anyway, i am just saying that the cars speed is not the only consideration especially in enduro.
how easy the car is to handle make a huge difference on a long race.
how much tyre wear there is also limits cars , good to be fast but not if tyres only last 6 laps compared to another car that keeps them for 10 laps .
just saying that i think sticking to 2 wheel drive cars is better.

Anyway i need to know what car i am having ? i tried the brz and its really nice to drive , can i have one please.

Karsten, i would like the brz if poss ? the imprezza feels so sluggish and feels really heavy, and to be honest
i would rather not have a car that is just so easy to drive, i had to really try hard to crash with it, of course i managed to but it grips just about everything, like super glue, there is almost no skill required to actually get it around the track , and compared to the gara i drove on season 1 its the exact opposite, as that was just ready to crash at the slightest touch of throttle, or going over a kerb . but the imprezza , you can just wham the throttle on any bend , on the grass on the kerbs it sticks . i have a brz in my garage of 5 cars and that too is much nicer to drive than the gara . I just think that if i spend a season driving the imprezza , i wont ever be able to drive any other car afterwards. Also you mentioned turning in earlier with the imprezza, i agree , but i think the gara has damaged me, i still drive like i am 2 seconds from spinning , and that along with my new wheel pedals set up etc will take a while for me to get used to , but i would rather have the brz than the imprezza, let me know ?

In the space of 1 (Tuesday-Wednesday) day you have said you want the BRZ, then the Impreza then BRZ and now the RX7. All this before how the picks were actually (officially) going to work (as we knew it was based on S1) but you've picked anyway formed a new team so now the rules have to be changed.

Bake has said he's interested in signing up to the series which means if he does he also now has to mess up the pick sequence by picking before the reformed teams.

I'm not sure why you feel the need to post so crazily but @azidahaka is trying to sort this fairly but it's must be hard he's not given the chance to process the series as he wants.

If this post come across as s**tty then sorry it's not meant to but but we need to let the host finalise the rules and how it's going to work before people make discussions on what they're going to run.

Things are pretty final, just some hp fixes might happen.

The matter about car picking is that some teams have folded and regrouped, and the base idea was to "give a prize" to those that stayied on all season and re-signed.

This is why i asked other drivers if it is ok for pinkies to regroup like that and choose.

In any case beside 2 brz and 2 imprezas there's plenty to chose from, and i hope all will get a car they like.

Logic being tempted by 3 cars in 3 days shows i did at least succeed in making up a decent car lineup lol

All I'm trying to say is if you decide on a process you should stick with it as allowing others to change you might aswell just say whoever pick whatever they like.

It's not going to affect what's available anyway but imo it should be done how it was intended to be done.

hi Karsten, i am sorry i may have caused confusion.

For a start i know bake often has too much work on to race all the races and he is a busy guy and doesnt have time to practice much either and i understand and agree with him that he is getting his priorities right and the racing has to fit in when he can manage so thats fine.

Ideally as i am not that fast and am not that experienced either i would change to have a team mate that has got more time to practice and be there at every race , and to be honest i didnt realise that you would have liked the same teams for season 2.

myself Filo and bake had the gara in season 1 and we all agree that its such a hard car to master.

Your earlier email yesterday suggested that i form a team with filo who has more time free to practice and race
and for me thats a great idea.

as for cars choice, i only have 6 cars in my garage and have never tried other gt300 cars until recently, and when trying any other gt300 car they seem so easy to drive compared with the gara, so every time i tried one it was a revelation to me .

So yesterday myself and filo were online looking at the cars and i suggested we form a team, and choose cars ,
which we did , we ran laps and were very happy once we chose the rx7 , we both love it , so we painted them up and numbered them , both thinking that you would be pleased that we had sorted out our team, our cars , our colours and our numbers .

I certainly didnt mean to make your life harder Karsten, just make it easier so you could tie up any loose ends and confirm teams and cars.

Anyway , of course i will stand by whatever the others in our series and you decide , but from mine and filos side , we would love it if you could allow our team with the rx7s in pink .
