True-blue-8: tuning is prohibited however is there a bhp limit? cus cars can vary in bhp depending on mileage and oil changes etc. are oil changes allowed?

The fog is a bit distracting tbh but yeah gonna be hard to run wet tyres on a dry track but fun as xD (cheeky of me )

all i've heard is negative feedback about weather and testing it myself i agree. going to completely scrap the wet race idea.

true, I'm not sure what is up with your first post, on ps3, there are images and all the regulations etc. (all good) but on web (laptop) there are just a set of links

btw, some series allow one to buy components that enhance the performance of the vehicle like suspension , triple clutch ..etc , and allow one to change any parameters of the suspension and gears, but don't allow modifying the power unit part, so is this what you guys mean here by "tuning"?
