A PS3 friend often says F1 2011 sucks because of lag,i cant put here what he says without infractions.....whats this U2 game,im enjoying battlefield 1943.new track looks great.
Is there any evidence that a fix for online 16 players races? or are we just hoping it gets better for 16 players?

U2= Uncharted 2, we use it as an online shooter while the problems persist on GT5. We still go on GT5 but its not reliable competition at the moment 
PD are/will soon be aware of the problem with online so we are hoping for a fix as soon as possible but we dont know when. Check out the 'GT5's dirty little secret' thread for more details in the GT5 section.
We had a blast round in the DTM,s last night and the lag/disconnects were not too bad but it is the exception.

The problem with the "bug" thread is that only one thing it says seems to be true, that a room with 16 people in will be effected with slow downs/speed ups, and they missed out the part that its only if they drive a fast car. I was doing a shuffle race the other day with 16 people and there was no lag at all. Obviously I havent read all 700 replies so someone may have already corrected them 
And PB, that was a great overtake at the end lol, what levels your driver? Im guessing its quite high, my level 27 refuses to overtake people

We have 1 spot left at Mercedes in Division 2 mate if you fancy joining us. We are waiting for the bug though, same as here.
Spurgey- I have mentioned the FGT's and pondered if it was frame rate (too much info) but the fact is the slow down/speed up is a new thing and hopefully something they will fix. We had it in the DTM's bad with 11 drivers in the room and they are not that fast (unless your driving). With constant black screens, disconnects and unfair racing it sucks bad 👎

Yeh, DTMs was quite bad, but we didnt have the slow down/speed up effect like we did in the FGTs, it was mainly just the lag and bad connection aspect of it, and Johnboy with his strange throttle glitch on the first lap and after he came out of the pits, so I think slower cars definitely reduce the effects.

Pagey- Ill open my lounge up for 615 but i wont be joining until 7 (babysitting duties). We can try some FGT's, maybe quickfire 10 lap races at various tracks for as long as the bug thing is bearable.
Rich- Agreed there is no point trying anything to extravagant until this is all fixed.
PB- Look at the arrow in the corner of your drivers info. box. If its pointing up he should kick butt (as long as he is experienced). My level 40 is too chilled for Spa but is ideal for Sarth, I use a crazy driver at Spa 👍

it was awesome, couldn't get a picture though, it was going to opposite way on a dual carriage way

Awesome car mate, I used to know a guy who was the director of Fiat UK and surprisingly he didnt own a Fiat 
but a BRG AC cobra and a Ferrari Mondial? Modena? (I didnt like the ferrari so didnt ask). His AC was an absolute BEAST and the G forces when he hit the 'gas' were amazing. Unfortunatley like most well off people he couldnt drive so I never really got to see it in the corners 👎 you should have jumped the central reservation and chased the Cobra down mate

Seeing and hearing about cars like that just make me want to be rich ha and I'm a good driver yeah, but catching a cobra in a corsa?
Although not much can compare to my uncles superbike, Suzuki bandit 1300cc, 0-60mph in 2.5 seconds and 0-100 in less than 5. He hasn't maxed it out yet but it goes well over 150mph. I've been on the back once and it was mindblowing!

Bikes are amazing peices of machinery for sure, I always swore I wouldnt get one because I knew I would run out of luck or talent very quickly. I sometimes have a bit of a 'to do' with some of the bikers round here but you have to be very careful of them.
I used to have a couple of quads which were great fun off road (I think they are on my facebook).

Thats akin to what we've all experienced (12 being the max).
One thing though that's not mentioned as part of 2.02 is qualifying results being messed up, finishing results messed up with less than 12 in the room. Also, viewing somebody doing their lap in the lounge with less than 12 on track is messed up as well.

12 with wheels and mics is still a no go as we found out in the touring cars. If we all used controllers and had no comms then it 'might work' but with a few disconnects/black screens probably Its not the best environment for a fair comp, and PB- you definitley would have been crowned twice if it were not for the bug mate

glad the bug has finally been properly observed/identified. I knew something was up a year ago during that race. I even mentioned it to Rhyfe and he observed clean driving on my part, yet I had consistently slower times that all other competitors. It's frustrating having bad race, but even more so when you KNOW you are nailing your lines and getting CLEAN laps, yet still +5 seconds a lap off the lead.
Anyways, my G27 still broken (1 desk clamp) waiting for Logitech to get back to me with a new clamp.
Been missing the racing too much - gotta get back, but need this bug to finally be addressed....

Yours broke too? Wow damn logitech doesnt fix flaws in their products in 3 years they have been out. Just hope yours doesnt off center.
