(FGTC) Formula GT Championship Season 3Finished

"It was decided previously" i m sorry but where it was decided? Who decided that?
And this is not the first race i saw that... So everybody can do the start, drive one lap or two laps and say "see you next race" and they gets points? This is a joke, not racing i m sorry. If people want to be DNF, i think the good way is staying in the pits all the race, like a driver was doing during last race...

It was decided before the first race, I'm pretty sure. We voted on it IIRC. I left because I wasn't in the best frame of mind to race, and didn't want to hold people up. Sitting in the pits when we were already late and I had to be somewhere else wouldn't have worked for me.

I would like to suggest the race calendar to be reversed to the original one and all the races are completed in 2016 before Christmass holidays.

Starting with Spa this weekend, and every Saturday thereafter we could keep drivers interested and successfuly complete the FGT Seasson 3 Championship.
I strongly believe everyone has at least two unfinished championships behind them and does not want one more.
If there is voting for my suggestion, I vote yes.

I see your post has had many likes so we should take this on to consideration. I agree, people won´t have the same hype in January. The race of this weekend was postponed because many of us compete in other competition, GTFusion.eu, which is at the same time as FGT3. For me there are two options: we can either restablish the original calendar, ending on saturday, 17th of December (Suzuka) and ignore the people that race on that championship (as far as I know, the ones who compete there are: IMMORTAL, Fuvaros, xife10 and me) and do the race anyway, or we can remove one race from the calendar and finish at the same date I said. Please, this is important, tell us your opinion.

EDIT: I personally prefer the second option. On this edition we have 9 races + a test race in Fuji, 10 races in total which is maybe too much. Preferably I would delete from the calendar the race we decided by poll, the American GP, as some of us didnt want to race there. Of course, we can also make a poll with the races we still have to see what people think (choose between Belgian GP, Austrian GP, Italian GP, American GP and Japanese GP).

Yep, because it was originally planned that we would be doing the last race after the Christmas break. Removing a race means we will be done beforehand.

If we squeeze in all the races before Christmas, that will surely make me miss some races for sure. As this was the case prior to schedule. I work for a freelance catering company as a bar captain for a high end company and as you can imagine, Saturdays are a big party day. This is why I missed the first 2 races. However, if that's what the majority want then that's what I want. Don't care about myself. I just want everyone to be happy.

Racing Series Status Update

At the moment we are still catching up on updating points and other information. There is a major organizing process happening at the moment.
Unfortunately we were not able to go back and steward the past races.
Starting with Belgian GP, penalties will be dealt with seriously.
The Racing Series is under a new organization with the mission to provide competitive and fun races along with strict racing rules. Reckless Driving will NOT be tolerated.

Thank You FGTC Members

People in the UK aren't on BST anymore. So it would make sense to have the race start time at 9:00pm GMT.

Edit: Also, you haven't acknowledged the issue with the final race falling after the Christmas break. Are we racing this weekend or not? This is where the organisation needs to be.

Edit2: You've still spelt Monaco wrong...

We are NOT racing this saturday, we will delete a race in order to do the last round on 17th of december

Could you take my name off the Reserve list please (joe___bananas / Great Britain / #015)? You guys have been busy so have missed my last two (private) requests. It's a 4am start here in Japan which is proving a little too early for me. Good luck with the series.

No problem, I'll take you out in a bit.

Guys I just wanted to say that I feel removing the U.S. GP at Indy RC is a big mistake.

As many of you know, I also race in another FGT League and out of the 10 races on the schedule, the race at Indy RC was by far the best race.

It made for a lot of good close racing and alot of overtaking, from the beginning to the end of the race!

Why, I forgot to bring this up sooner is beyond me, but I am certain, leaving this race out in particular would be a shame.

Yes brother, the poll is due to consummate on the 21st of November still, and it has not changed.

However, that's not why I wrote what I wrote. UNLESS, you are kindly telling me to shutup and don't you try to persuade people of voting for the track I don't want excluded?:lol::lol:
