The Silvia and M4 are seriously the most boring things in there for me, especially the M4. It's not different enough to the base model to be worthy of inclusion, IMO. Same could potentially be said for the Viper ACR too, come to think of it.

I seem to have noticed a widebody kit on the RX7, so that's that, I guess.

Really happy with the Talbot and Falcon however, this is exactly the kind of car the Forza franchise has offered us since the FM4 days, relatively obscure, relatively unknown machines that pique your curiosity.

Now that T10/PG is actually listening to the drifters though, perhaps finally we'll get a Chaser/MarkII on a current gen console?

Not the best pack ever, but also not the worst. I'm cool with this. :)

Same here. The NSX was a long-awaited car, the Talbot Sunbeam and the ur-Falcon are just lovely (and may even slightly delay my search for the new Barn Find)... I don't care too much about the other cars, but I guess this month we won't have to hear the hallowed screams of the drift kiddies? Also, is that the "Boss" V2 bodykit that I'm seeing? Because I know I'd be a really happy camper if the Kouki was Datsun-able.

P.S: is it just me, or that RX-7 has curves a car straight from the dealer wouldn't have? WIDEBODY RX-7 CONFIRMED BRAP BRAP BRAP

Haha, that's sloppy as hell from T10. Or is it?

Always remember: it's written "leak", but it reads "hype".

My exact same problem with this pack, They are just to samey for me. I wish BMW would be a bit more adventurous with the front end of their Cars, but they just all look the same that it is hard for me to get excited about 1 when it ends up in a Car Pack, the Viper also looks a bit samey to me.

But luckily others save this pack.

Not the best but it could have been worse.

It's an okay pack, but I can see why it'd get some backlash.

The kouki S14 is pure fanservice (although sadly aimed at the 12 year old Forza YouTuber crowd instead of the minority), and I'm pretty ambivalent towards it. I prefer the kouki look anyway, so eh. Something tells me this was meant to make the cut for the final game but couldn't, so T10/PG managed to quickly upscale the original S14 as a placeholder so they could say 'look, two S14s!'. At least this one will be properly modelled, and I suspect the '94 model won't make it back to Forza 7.

Have to agree with @VXR here, I'd much rather seen the M3 GTS return. The M4 is just kind of... bleugh. I'm sure it's great to drive and all, but I know I'm not gonna use it all that much. It'd probably be easier to stomach if it was in a later pack; the game offers you an M4 at the start, has some extensive mods, and of course there's the Horizon Edition as well. We don't need another!

The Talbot is rad. Even happier to see it has rally mods too (although I'd suspect that's now part and parcel for most cult classics being added). No real complaints about the NSX either - aside from it being an Acura - since this will be the first time experiencing it for me. That classic Falcon should be a riot too.

Don't mind the FC RX-7 returning, as it should hopefully be remodelled, not to mention the new mods for it. The ACR has the same problem as the M4; it's great on its own, and would be very good in FM7, but here? Meh.

Don't you just love it when T10 SOMEHOW accidentally slip in something they shouldn't? :D

I'm positive that every major expansion T10 has done as had something from it 'accidentally' leaked, it's kind of crazy. :P

The ACR is a very different beast. But, the problem is that this isn't the title to really highlight the differences; should be a top contender in FM7.

Pack's not going to win a lot of brownie points, but there a couple inclusions that are fun to see like the NSX.

It's an alright pack, about the same level as the FM6 Top Gear pack for me. A few good cars, and some I won't bother with like the M4 GTS.

URL reads "Blizzard Expansion"... from the DLC article.

I think that there's quite an unpleasant aftertaste, that 'Ultimate' Edition owners still have to pay ~$35 twice for the expansions. Hopefully they will give the UE owners at least some kind of discount.

The car pack doesn't really hit my taste. The NSX is kinda neat and the Viper should be fun too, but that's pretty much it for me.

It is, but like you said, we won't really notice the bigger differences between the two in this game.

The inclusion of the 2017 NSX was inevitable, but I'm glad it is in the game now. It's not a jaw-dropping pack but I have no complaints - at least two of the cars should have promising customisation options.

Which will be doubly unfortunate if T10 sticks to their usual approach and removes the "base" Viper in FM7. :(

Indeed, but on the other hand, that one's been in there since FM4. For today's gaming crowd that has the attention span of a 4 year old and needs the fastest, flashiest stuff and only that, it's pretty much a dinosaur, sadly. That's why we won't get the C7 Stingray or the "regular" Murcielago, to name those two, anymore.

My sentiments as well.

2017 Acura NSX - very nice
1998 Nissan Silvia K's - will it shut the kids up? Then I'm happy.
1990 Mazda Savannah RX-7 - another car to shut the kids up? I'm even happier.
1967 Ford Falcon XR GT - oooooo, gimme gimme gimme.
2016 Dodge Viper ACR - just not a big Viper fan.
2016 BMW M4 GTS - sorry, fell asleep there for a minute.
1979 Talbot Lotus Sunbeam - oooooo, gimme gimme gimme x2

I will say the addition of the ACR along with the previous additions of the SV & the TDF have been a joy for me. If they can add the 675LT somewhere down the line, the game will have provided the cars I've really been looking forward to the most & anxious for their inevitable inclusion with FM7. :D :P

Cars are okay but pretty ech. I'm expecting 80 trillion Initial D replica FCs to appear in the design stores shortly.

I'm actually more interested in the upcoming Winter Expansion pack.

I think my biggest gripe about the M4, Viper and the NSX is, they're just so competent at going fast, they feel anodyne. Give me the older, wallowy stuff any day.

I just want to blast it (the M4) around Lime Rock Park and see just how much slower it'll be compared to the GT350R and Z28, but that'll have to wait for next year I guess.

People just don't understand just how much fun driving a car with skinny tires can be. I was able to drive my brother's 1960 Porsche 356 several times before he passed away. It only had about 60 horsepower and sat on very skinny tires, but it was the most immersive, rewarding car I have ever driven. The entire car communicates with you because it doesn't have a few hundred pounds of sound-deadening and it hasn't spent hours in the wind tunnel to reduce it's NVH to zero. It was noisy and bumpy and you had to constantly pay attention to the steering and I was truly driving it, not just piloting it. Perfection is overrated.

The pack gets a 'meh' from me.

The Acura NSX is a hybrid hyper car and thus, not my jam. The M4 GTS and Viper ACR are trackday specials in a game without racetracks - cool to have, but fish out of water. The S14 might get a new (and incredibly ugly) widebody, but it's still a facelift of an existing car that got added very recently. I feel absolutely indifferent about the Holden, to be quite honest :indiff:

That leaves the Sunbeam and the FC. The FC I'm pretty happy about, despite it just being a returner. The new widebody is a neat addition and I'm genuinely happy to have it back - even though that might make a kid in some people's eyes  Now, for the Sunbeam, that's something I didn't expect. An RWD hot hatch gets an immediate thumbs up from me, though 👍

Nice. I called the XR GT in another thread. Trying to find a needle in my haystack of threads.

Speaking of the XR GT, I was just reading this in Wikipedia: "All of the original XR GTs were painted in the colour 'GT Gold', except for eight that were "Gallaher Silver" and another five that were "Russet Bronze, Sultan Maroon, Polar White, Avis White and Ivy Green". The non-gold GTs, while having the same specifications, are the rarest of the early Australian muscle cars." Are these non-gold colors available for the Falcon?
