FIA GT World Championship [S2] | Aboe and SK8RBOI Are Champions!Finished

I have a question: Why not assign the late joining drivers the cars that are left? Now we have 3 superfast BMW but only one Ford. I understand that it is fair to do the grading on equal terms but on the other hand we want to have a full grid with variety.

Welcome :)

Please make sure you have read our rules. Also, next step after the registration is the Driver Grading. 👍

Thanks for the warm welcome guys, I think I've read pretty much everything but since there's so many things I'll try to do it again, carefully :)

About the grading, until which day can I do it?

24 hours before the next event (if you want to run in the next event)

I know, but goal of a series is also to make everyone happy as most as possible. So no reason to force people to pick a certain car. I have fun to run with 3 BMW on the track and 1 Ford, and I would have the same fun to run with 2 BMW and 2 Fords. It doesn't make any difference honestly. But the difference would be for the new registered guys. If we force them to pick a certain car, they would be disappointed even bofore to start to race with us, and that's not the goal, isn't it?

But then the guy driving the Ford is alone and lonely :) Not having a teammate to run for the constructors championship.

I understand. But are all the drivers/teams/constructor points really importants in a Grant Turismo 6 series? Does it gives you any money or notoriety around the world?
In my humble opinion, I think that points and all that stuffs are just the bonus parts, nothing more. Cause honestly I don't take part in GT6 series for the victory. I take all series with an "external view", points are not really important for me. I don't mind if my team win or loose. Of course I'm human and I'll be happy if I win but...for me, the most important is to meet great new people, with such a good behavior. I really enjoy to speak with each and learn about their life and cultures etc. I use gtplanet for that cause Gran Turismo is one of my hobbies, like you all here. So we have one common point, at least.
We can really build a group of great members with this FIA GTWC, and THAT's the goal. This is why I add almost 1 Steward per week, to make peope responsible. After that, once the group will be solid enough, we can have million of possibilities, million of ideas, and we can push again the GT6 online limits. Always improve what we already know, share our experience, etc. 10 brains working together are always better than only one.

Sorry for this little speech, everyone, but I just wanted to give my opinion. And to sum up, I'd say that no, we don't need 2 fords and 2 bmw to run a good series, I want you guys to see how it's magic to run and speak with good people, I don't want you to stick your mind on a team points matter ;)

Are you trying to force me to use our favorite gif?

Fine... if you insist...

Lol. Have you heard about French government in USA these few past week. All is crap, definitely. And frenches in this series ca approve that ahah. No I'm not president, I don't wanna be part of this system. Politicians are all hypocrites here. I really like to listen Obama speeches, they have lot of sense in my opinion, but when I compare with our Hollande's speeches, I can just laugh about him, he definitely doesn't make the right decisions for my country. All that he does and says are pure sh** since 2012, honestly.
Oh and just to say, numbers says that 85% of French people doesn't approve him. I still don't understand how he managed to be president...

Wow, politics here, danger danger :). I would say that it is in people's nature to be unsatisfied and very few countries like their politicians. No matter how good they are, people will still want more. Though, I have no opinion or observations on Hollande himself. But these are very philosophical topics which I like.

To be alone isn't a problem for me. I would prefer a teammate but not for the championship, only for share setups, strategy and experience because it's my first championship with gt6 but I can accommodate without...
+ There is others drivers in AM

The negative point is that only faster guys can really choose their cars and teammates. With a drop it could be better to join championship for round 2 and choose team (cars with good setup and results). I think about the guys who asked for BMW as choice number 1 and didn't get it.

3 cars versus 1 is OK but i can't imagine 4

I'm also free friday so I guess we can schedule for that time, around 11:00am if that's ok for you?
Please state the time zone you are speaking when you say 11:00am. Cause for example 11:00 in Europe is between 5 and 12 hours ahead of North America, depending the country/state. The best way is to use the universal time (UTC) which is the same for everyone and everytime. UTC never changes, no matter about standard or daylight time used 👍

Forgot about that lol. I live in Portugal so it's European time. I was thinking in 11:00am UTC/GMT time but I'm free until 7:00pm.

It was quite a challenge to work my way up to a podium and finish only 1s after the 2nd Audi, after i had My spin on lap 1. God will my bad luck ever end? I feel like Felipe Massa.
Just a friendly opinion - you are damn fast and got the speed alright, we see that in testing and qualify. You could be a bit more patient and you will get the results, a bit less aggression will make all the difference.

By the way @Husqvarman saw your pit on lap 13 why don't you fire your crew?????:D
Do you talk about full refueling ? My bas I really need to improve my strategy.
I tried to do both driving and engineering but it's difficult.
Is there some rules for fuel? Something like a liter per second ratio. How many liters can we add without lost times?
Are this parameters constants or variables?
Do you think a car with 10liters inboard is faster than the same with 60liters?
