I used Photoshop. Wasn't too bad. I got the side decal from a :ford: Mondeo, and just coloured the rest in white.

It's just off Holborn, sort of opposite The Old Bailey it was me that took the photo on my little digi cam this morning.

I went looking for it when i read that it was in the City, which is where i work. There's only a few cop shops around here and i got lucky it was outside the first one i went to in Snow Hill EC1
