I would say it would almost be certain that Holden are in GT4 - i would have thought, since the ad is filmed in Portugal, that it would have been much easyer to have got hold of a Vauxhall or Opel Monaro than the Holden badged version they actually used.

I think the 2003 Hockenheim drift Challenge and Competition was sponsored or sth. like that by GT4.... 
PS: The photos were NOT taken at Hockenheim, but at some slalom races i go to ( the driver of teh M5 is from our slalom team) 👍

Yes, it's a M5, 1995 i think with Nürburgring suspension (i think it's one of the last ever made)....... The front grill is wider than usual (from 5 Series Touring or from 540i )
About the colour, i have to ask him i guess
PS: The similar trim you mean with black lights front and rear, right??
PS2: It's German spec, if it helps. Straight-6 3.8L with 340hp and 6speed 👍

I don't supose you have any other pix of that Castrol coloured (green&red) Mk1 Escort (in the background of this pic) in do you???
My dad used to race a MK1 Escort with the bubble arches and spoilers in the 70's. The bloke he sold it to had it painted in those Castrol/Zakspeed colours - but then sold it a couple of seasons latter and we lost track of it. It would be great if i knew it was still around and been used.

I don't know when the actual commercial will appear on TV but I was there during the commercial. The were so amazing cars there! And the TV ad is going to be great.

Why were you there at the time, did you know that the commercial was to be made, or was it just a lucky incident?

puricele7e Nice pics but why didnt you post thumbnails? its would be better for them 56K users. Oh and you can post thumbnails using Imageshack just take a bit of time and read.

I was IN the commercial! I was lucky enough to be part of the "actors" that appeared in the commercial (or that will appear).
