FINAL GT6 2016 STORAGETRUNKS GT500 BASE SERIES-Monday Nights 18:30UKFinished

I won't be able to practice till tonight. I've had my granddaughter's over since yesterday. I let them all three play with the wheel and GT6 last night on the Indy circle track. It was so funny watching them learn how to use the T300 while trying to reach the peddles and looking through the wheel to see.

Hi Stephen, I can't make race on Monday 29th as going on holiday :)👍

As for the Tokyo race, some great racing. I am sorry to be the who held up the start, I try everything to make it better and I cannot help it. But no dcs for anyone so I guess overall that is good.

ANYHOW.
Wish id committed to my 3 stop more fully and earlier but I wasn't sure so waited to take first pit stop. ! Regardless, had a good scrap with Logic trying to pass at the start, I think we both lost a fair amount of time though attacking and defending, then later Nissman and Rich. Rich took a massive spin before I could overtake mid race on the kerb on the fast chicane, it confused the hell out of me as all the smoke appeared and I thought it might have been lag and was wondering where he'd actually gone lol. Shortly after I fended off Erazer for the shortest of times (probably around 25 seconds lol), and then was fairly alone for the until the last pit.

Again I was able to make up good ground in the closing laps on fresh tyres having pitted with 18 mins or so left, rocketing up to and passing Logic and Rich too. The pit crew filled my tank full though despite clear instruction not to:banghead:, and also the HP was down by this time so I wasn't as quick as I had wanted to be . Overall I'm happy with result from qualifying where I did, I don't think I could have done much better from P11. No major spins, but certainly some annoying barrier hits and slides at turn 2.

Also , @Jfrod and @Daniel199025 , check out our fastest laps from Tokyo, 0.02 between the three of us ! Great stuff  (even if I set it when I wasn't even consciously trying to be fast - how annoying)

I'll pop on tonight for a short while
