Finally made it to level 40. My Playstation can breath a huge sigh of relief. Until i decide to mount a charge on that A spec level 40. Gonna be tough. My lead Bob was planning some leave. Little does he know, i've now got to throw him into the Sunday Cup races about another 230 times to get the trophy for getting him to the end of his career. Lol.

I will be at level 39 by the weekend. From there, I plan to run LeMans three times next week and then fill the rest in with Indy (gives me chance to drive a little). Then on to some grinding to 20mil and then the penniless trophy.

a couple of my buddys are about to start the endurance grind, I told them in hindsight, I wouldnt go past L35. you get the X2010 at L35, and the car for winning lemans is good, but after that, the 2 or 3 million dollars you get and the crappy mc 12 that comes for the L40 race isnt worth the 10 plus days to get there unless you just want to say you 100 percent finished the game.....

I only have one driver at level 40 the rest are upper 30s (except one that is 26) but i'd bet money my level 40 driver is faster than any of the 6 drivers posted. I'm not trying to brag. I learned what to look for when creating a new driver and when you get the right combination of starting skill and personality they are good right out of the gates.

my newest driver (level 26) is looking to become better than any other driver I have thanks to patience in creating him.

What did you find to be that special balance, if I may? I had seemed to have more success with my driver that was 1/2 towards hot from the middle than the one just into the hot by a bit

I said the exact same when i got to 40 a few days ago, but perversely when im not driving i still stick b spec on trying to get my other 5 drivers to 40 i must be mad

I'm at 1/4 way through 36 myself. Don't know if I'm gonna go through doing the le mans 10 + times to get to 40. I'll probably do the 9hr when I go to sleep at night then start a nurburgring 4hr in the morning then turn off the ps3 for awhile then be able to play myself some at night. I know it will take longer, but just doing the one 24 hr race kinda sucked, because I wasn't able to play any myself that day lol.

I know what you mean. All five of my Bobs are at level 39 and I must confess that it bugs me. I haven't gone back yet though.

lol, I moved onto Aspec auto-grind....painters tape and bluetooth keyboard and my tv remote propped between 2 beer bottls....

at least the levels keep increasing, and I get a 1000 ticket for about every 10 hours of auto pilot....👍

I'm about 200 XP points from 39. I've been doing the 9hr endurance almost every night as I slept. When I have a day when I am not going to be around, I have the 24hr le mans run.
Finally found a use for the X2010 - I don't even bother changing the oil.

EDIT: Got to 40 this morning, now I need 'ring 24 and I am B-Spec complete...

Hit Level 40 this morning - gawd that was a long road. Just the 24 hour Nurb to do now, max out a drivers stats and career and B-Spec can be put to bed.

Hurry up game saves so I can do the enduro's in A-Spec.
