love the idea of a particular make of car challenge or a particular drive type challenge,,,,, say with restricted pp and comfort or sports tyres.....:)

Ruf would be interesting..... I never really drive them, do have them all.

HERE was the first of the "shootouts". Wallbanger's 1st annual million credit FF Summer Shootout!... that's how it got started. (in our current format)

A front engine, front wheel drive shootout.

Yea, to be honest, looking back, those things were like LMP cars in a respect. Far, far too over the top focused on being the fastest and fastest only whereas now, look at the ballast settings and crap, we'd never do something like that now, but with clowns like me in the game, the entries are more orientated around driving fun.

Hmm...I've started making my plans for the 2nd annual Wallbanger's FF shootout...should be at least as crazy in its own way as the first one was!:sly::D

Of course that's still a couple months off.:lol:
 
you have take a toyota matix or a pontiac vibe and race it on Special Stage Route 7.... jk!:sly: details will be posted tomorrow and sign ups start Sunday
 
I know we just got started in the new shootout (GREAT JOB thus far ryangt 👍 ), but do we know who's next? The reason I ask is I have some "quickies" that can happen, but with the Shootouts that we've been having...I got nothin' :D. So not to step on any toes do we know who's next, or should I start to put together another Clueless Shootout (please someone else, not me :dopey: )

Did I say how good this shootout is ryangt? :bowdown:

I'm starting preparations in anticipation of doing a 2nd annual FF Summer challenge to kick off in the June-July time frame...:drool:

Do a F.I.T.T 1st Anniversary shootout. :P Or make the FF Shootout the 1st Anniversary shootout as well.

And what about TCV, RJ and Roj?
 
August 17th for 1-year anniversary. ;)

I have plans for another shootout, I don't have much detail to release for now, as I tend to wing it a little bit, though I plan to keep any last minute changes from happening on the next one.

Oh, right! I was thinking of the Shootout Anniversary, because the first anniversary of the first shootout evar was June 19th…we should start the FF shootout on that date. :D

Yea, no last minute round twos, we've seen how badly I perform at last minute things. :lol:

TCv1 is a huge event and really shouldn't be put into the FITT event queue, as whoever's event is after ours would be waiting a full month or two so for ours to finish.

That isn't to say you can't put TCv1 in the events list in this thread, but please don't wait for us to finish if someone is waiting and ready to post their own shootout. 👍

Just need to get an OP and finish deciding stuff with RJ then it should be ready.
 
I want to do a Yellow Bird Challenge. Round one on sport softs and 450 or 500PP and round two on racing softs with max tuning. Score 50% on lap time and 50% on drivers choice.
 
It's already been done, ages ago. Search for Project Blackbird Grip Tune, it turned into a mini shootout nearing the end of the project. 👍
 
I had that exact same idea MCH, and even seeing there was an old one, I think you should do it, definiteabsopositively. 👍

A shootout dedicated to the crown jewel of frightening cars. :lol:
