Three days till the end of tuning how are tunes coming along?
Dang your fast on s DS3.I'll know more by Sunday. As of right now I'm in the high 1:30's after transmission, so if I don't get a tune in, I'll have a blast testing!👍
Sounds like your normal right now. Well what ever you put in in will be good always is.Slow going. I have a base tune but have had no time to finalise it or tinker with it. My entry will be last minute..
Paying for the car?? Lol
Jobs are over rated. You need a job

Awesome sir. It's coming along super!! Have consistency, looking for more speed! Will be in on time, not early.
I know it's hard to judge your actual place with these half and three quarters aliens posting 1:30'sHaven't had a chance to touch mine in days, but it will be ready. Might not be the fastest, but will be the best looking
@Lionheart2113 and @coryclifford and faster than I am, not judging by their half alien skills.
Awesome sir.

If not more tune(r)s coming I'll have time to go through those.Only 4 confirmed testers this round 5 tenitive
Well there is a chance we will see a surprise last minute tune show up but should only be one more at most.If not more tune(r)s coming I'll have time to go through those.
That sucks. Got a USB stick drive? You can DL the patch at a library or free wifi to a laptop or your phone and off load it. But on that same token you can just export your photos to the USB drive too.I should have my tune posted tonight, unfortunately no photos though... I don't have the bandwidth available this month to update my PS3. So no online activity for me!

I'll check your tune as quick as I can once posted, weekend play time is pretty limited for me
Everything looks in order. Numbers on the transmission look like they should. I'll test build when I get a chance hopefully no issues on it.First, sorry for the double post, I figured the tune needed a post of it's own...
I had to tune this one quick as my game time has been little to none recently. I hope it's up to par as I can't really compare times with you guys since I'm so out of practice! Anyways...

Tuned with all assists off except ABS 1. Made for Indianapolis road course, but it runs great anywhere!

I'm only 1/16 alien! (on my dad's mom's side I think)
After spending the morning throwing all sorts of wrenches and hammers at it, I can't get any more out of it...
1:30.920, so I will be posting my tune tonight.
@coryclifford for getting into the low 30's....
I will test for this one, @Otaliema . Knowing what is wrong with mine, I'm very interested in seeing if anyone can solve the issue I had. If so, they get a cookie!
I can give you a couple extra days if you need let me know tomorrow night. You did sign up a bit late and I didn't tag the usual suspects like I normally do in a short challengeI have started tuning. I'm still at long way away from having a decent tune. The deadline took my by surprise, but if tuning is not extended, I should have time to test at the start of the testing window.
Didn't know there where 2, but I'm guessing the colors are different. Black and grey? I think it's the grey one.@Lionheart2113 which Volk? 1st or 2nd?
Just numbering those from left to right.Didn't know there where 2, but I'm guessing the colors are different. Black and grey? I think it's the grey one.
Seeing the inrush of tunes I was very close to submitting mine, thinking, it's pretty good, I'll submit it after I double check things and run it for a few. Not bad, I thought. But I made one change and now I just dropped my time .247 to be at 1:30.363
Glad.
My tuning went backward and then course changed again and found missing speed.Seeing the inrush of tunes I was very close to submitting mine, thinking, it's pretty good, I'll submit it after I double check things and run it for a few. Glad to hear that you've found speed in your own tune by driving others. I've learned a lot about tuning, tuning styles, and tuners themselves by testing in competitions. My tuning went backward and then course changed again and found missing speed.
Mostly because first I made tune for my self and my driving style, after tested few submitted tunes realised how aggressive driving gains on those, tested own what was piece of... If driven even close to that aggressiveness, tighten up several bolts on my tune to handle ruff aggressive driving and dropped lap times to 1:31.
So I changed my tune more friendly for harder driving methods, maybe this put other testers to push it faster too
